Beds were comfortable.
The entry light did not work. The switch by the microwave did nothing. Apparently, the ceiling light was not there. Cobwebs and dirty walls in the bathroom with no shampoo present. The toilet seat was broken. The drawer under the TV would not stay closed. The clock would not work and we were not able to reset it. No do not disturb sign. The door had about an inch of light showing through. When we arrived 3, I am assuming, employee were hanging out at the entrance. It seemed stechety.
Breakfast was good but bookings.com did not give me a res confirmation and when we got to the hotel they did not have one so we had to make a reservation ourselves and spent more money. I will never use bookings.com again

The rooms were super dirty in general The sink, toilet, and bathtub were totally dirty. I had to empty the toilet twice, and the sink would flood and drain slowly.
The drawers of the night-table and the chest of drawers were full of trash.
They tried to give me three different rooms, and all of them were dirty. In the end, I had to settle for one of them because it was already 11 p.m. and I had nowhere else to go.
There was no air conditioning in the hallways, and there was a nasty smell.
Staff was nice and breakfast was very nice.
Rooms weren’t clean. Trash left under AC/ heater. Pillows were flat.

Weights could not be in the fitness center but they had a reasonable explanation
The location was perfect. Near everything we needed but not too crowded to get to the car park.
Didn’t do a full-property inspection but we liked all the parts we saw.
