Location. We have stayed for several years.
First photo-stain on mattress pad; second photo-blood stains on pillow; third photo-bug found on bed sheet when coverlet turned back; fourth photo-caked feces in toilet edge. Toilet seat was loose and sliding around. Wallpaper falling off dining area since a year ago. Stains on carpet in hallways. Public women’s restroom had out of order signs on both stalls. Light was out in one stall. I flushed toilets and they worked fine. I told the front desk about the toilet stalls and he said he had no idea. When I showed the pics to the clerk he said he would just look at them, but I insisted on sending them to his phone. The mattress was very uncomfortable and hard. Pillows were past worn out.

The refrigerator in my did not work at all, there were several outlets that did not work either.

Wasn’t very clean. There was a dog barking all morning. Breakfast was provided but the options were not good. The closet in our room wouldn’t stay shut. There was a big gap in the frame of our door and it wouldn’t latch unless we pulled really hard on the door.
The facility was clean. The staff were polite. The bed was pretty comfortable.
The floor leading to or out of the elevator was uneven causing a trip hazard. The floor was very uneven in the room stopping the door from open up and had to push with force to open completely. The breakfast was a very basic breakfast consisting of cheap products.
Staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous.
Bathroom was very outdated and unclean. Room smelled horribly. Pillows very flat.
People were really helpful and friendly. The room was great. Breakfast was delicious especially the sausage.
No wheelchair for easier access for my husband. Walks with walker short distance but from car to Elevator and Elevator to room wheelchair would have been nice.

Told they had 1st floor on phone get there and they didn't. Try to over charge double for pet as they did 2 weeks before same place. Alarm clock / radio / clock did not work, took to front desk they didn't replace it, they said they will have maintenance deal with it in am... I was too tired to argue with her
