De ruimte en de ligging
Dat er geen airco was met 40 graden buiten. De dienstdoende ventilator die op het buro stond was niet voldoende.

There was nothing special about the property, we chose it being the closest to Media Park.
The lack of professional attitude from the reception staff. I have specifically requested an invoice since day 1 for all the services only to find out at checkout that for the dinner we had which we paid directly at the reception desk each evening (we asked to be charged on the room but they did not accept) we cannot be given invoices. Even the invoice for the accomodation I had to ask for several days after checkout before it was sent to me.
Good breakfast
No air conditioning. I started with a small room with a window that didn’t open. The bathroom was tired looking and it didn’t seem to have been updated for many years.
The bed was comfortable and the staff polite. Also cleanliness was kept throughout. The location is green and quiet.
The room was located at the back of the hotel on top of a steep and narrow staircase with no lift, it was difficult to negotiate passage with a suitcase. The hotel coach was parked under my bedroom and early every morning groups of tourists boarding the coach would wake me up. The gym advertised as a hotel facility is a tiny room not suitable for more than 1 person at a time with only one weight machine that did not work in any capacity. I reported it, however the issue did not appear to be addressed.

Het was heel erg warm op de kamer. Maar ja, buiten ook 34 graden.
De locatie was prima , kort dichtbij studio 21
Verhouding Prijs van het ontbijt en wat je ervoor krijgt.vond de prijs nogal stevig.
Hotel had geen klimaatcontrol,in de vorm van airco,was wel een ventilator op de kamer.
Mooi appartement op loopafstand van het winkelcentrum en de markt

I have stayed at this hotel before and was once again completely satisfied with the accommodation. Stayed in a single room this time and it was not cramped for a single traveler. Room and Bathroom were very clean. Tea and coffee making facilities in room and a Desk Fan was provided (found in the wardrobe - it was very hot weather when I stayed) Reception and restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful. Cycles are available to hire from the hotel. I still recommend this hotel.

Loved this hotel. Clean and comfortable. The staff are lovely and friendly and told us places to try without even asking them. Loved it and hubby booked again when he traveled solo. It was booked up when we went out to Holland, so we booked thier other accommodation.
