Das Hotel ist gut vom Bahnhof Hilversum erreichbar, von wo aus man dann schnell überall hin kommt. Das Zimmer war sauber, wir hatten eine kleine Terrasse und insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt

Cons:

Die Türen dichten etwas schlecht ab, so dass man Unterhaltungen im Gang mitten in der Nacht sehr deutlich hört. Insgesamt ist das Zimmer leicht in die Jahre gekommen

Good place to stay when it’s not too hot
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The Hotel is close to the train station. The beds were comfortable. We got free drinks because we didn’t need the cleaning service which was nice.

Cons:

Our room was very hot inside and we couldn’t open the window. It felt like a sauna. There was a fan but it didn’t help much.

Leider insgesamt keine gute Erfahrung.

Der Aufenthalt war leider sehr unangenehm organisiert.
Mitten in der Nacht wurde plötzlich meine Zimmertür geöffnet, ein Mann machte das Licht an, sagte nur „sorry“ und ging wieder hinaus. Kurz darauf klopfte der Manager lautstark an meine Tür, um zu prüfen, wer ich sei, da angeblich das falsche Zimmer vergeben worden war. Das hat kein sicheres Gefühl vermittelt und war nachts sehr störend.

Zusätzlich gab es Probleme mit der Abrechnung: Laut Booking.com sollte vor Ort nur eine geringe City Tax bezahlt werden, trotzdem wurden 73 € von meiner Mastercard abgebucht. Die zugesandte Rechnung erklärt diesen Betrag nicht, und auf Nachfragen erhielt ich bisher keine vernünftige Antwort.
