Tolle Lage mit schwachem Büffet.
Pros:

Tolle Lage an der Wyte Strasse.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbüffet hatte sehr wenig Auswahl und keine Abwechslung.
Das Hotel Personal wirkte abwesend und nicht kundenorientiert.

Good stay but small upgrades would make it an excellent stay.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Having breakfast available each day was lovely.

Cons:

The bed is lumpy and old. The tv is old so you can’t cast/ stream from your device. They need to update to smart tvs. They also need vending machines in the building please.

Pros:

We were able to check in early with no problems, and check out is 12 midday! Room was comfortable, great shower. Breakfast was great, as was the location. Lots of interesting places to eat and drink very close by. In the beating heart of Edmonton

Stadthotel mit Schwächen
Pros:

Zimmer waren groß, Personal extrem Service orientiert. Direkt an der Party mile in Edmonton.

Cons:

Zimmer zur Straße sehr laut, sind dann nach Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hinterhof umgezogen. Ausstattung der Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstücksraum viel zu klein, muss sich die Plätze “erkämpfen “.

Pros:

Staff was great. If you like a soft bed they have you covered sofa in room was very uncomfortable, rooms showing age

Cons:

Room showed better in pictures. Balcony/patio rooms is a farce that booking.com is perpetuating. There is only one room that has a usable patio and it was not the room I booked. Front desk staff waived the valet fee when I brought it up and offered to ensure we got the usable patio roo. Should we return in the future at a reduced rate.

Die Lage war gut, Restaurants und Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Insgesamt wirkte alles etwas abgewohnt. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück könnte etwas umfangreicher sein. Wurst und Käse fehlten komplett, das Rührei kann als solches nicht bezeichnet werden.

Good Location for Our Stay
Pros:

The hotel overall was clean and nice. The breakfast were wonderful. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

However all ice machines on the floors are out of order. You can get ice from the restaurant though. The hotel should invest in corner protectors for the beds. Because the base of the bed sticks out to far and for seniors this is a problem. i feel over the side of the bed walking flat on my face. I was a little sore the next day. I asked the hotel to put blankets at the corners and they did, which solved the problem.

Gran lugar en Whyte Avenue!
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de restaurantes, supermercados y hasta un winners. El hotel es limpio y las habitaciones son bien amplias y cómodas. El desayuno es bueno y la mayoria del personal es muy atento.
Volvería a alojarme aquí!

Cons:

La iluminación en la habitación podría mejorar un poco, por suerte fui en verano y tenía mucha luz de afuera (un ventanal con vista preciosa!) pero no sé cómo será en invierno.
