Liked the layout of our bedroom especially the bathroom area

Cons:

Our room wasn’t made up the first day. We returned from a busy day out, tired and ready for a rest and the maid was just going to start our room at 5 pm, that’s too late!
We then found a switch just as you entered the room which lite up outside indicating you wanted your room done but this should have been explained as easily missed. Next day all fine

If you are looking for a luxury city centre stay for a reasonable price, this is the place.
Pros:

Location perfect, staff outstanding, so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Bed was comfortable, room spotless.
