Okay fürs Budget.
Pros:

Es ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen.

Cons:

Man muss mit der U-Bahn zur Enthaltestelle und dann nochmal 15 min Bus fahren. sehr ruhig gelegen aber für einen Städtetrip zu weit außerhalb

A fost interesant să înnoptez într-un castel
Pros:

Porționat pe un deal ce oferă o panoramă a orașului, înconjurat de o generoasă zonă verde, o oază de liniște . Micul dejun foarte variat și gustos , oferă variante inclusiv pt cei cu intoleranțe

Cons:

Deși este cotat de 4 stele, nu există aer condiționat, frigiderul din cameră nu funcționează, în consecință este gol, se asigură doar mic dejun , nu sunt restaurante în zonă iar centrul este la 9 stații de autobuz și 10 de metrou ( durata transportului cam 1 ora). Am fost cazați la etajul 2 unde accesul era posibil doar cu liftul. Toate ieșirile de urgență închise cu cheia! Nu știu ce părere au pompierii despre asta…

Leider merkt man dem Haus sein Alter deutlich an. Die Böden im Zimmer haben bei fast jedem Schritt stark gequietscht und im Badezimmer hatte die Toilette einen unangenehmen Geruch. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes.

Besonders enttäuschend war für mich der Umgang mit einem möglichen Problem im Zimmer. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatte ich jeden Morgen neue, stark juckende Stiche und dadurch den Verdacht auf Bettwanzen oder andere Insekten im Zimmer. Als ich das Reinigungspersonal darauf angesprochen und um eine Kontrolle gebeten habe, wurde mir zwar zugesagt, dass man nachsehen würde, jedoch habe ich bis zur Abreise keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten. Unabhängig vom Ergebnis hätte ich erwartet, dass eine solche Meldung ernst genommen und dem Gast mitgeteilt wird, ob etwas festgestellt wurde oder nicht.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt daher leider durch einige Mängel getrübt.

Fara aer condiționat,totul este destul de vechi și demontat. Un miros apăsător de inchis. Personal asa si asa….micul dejun destul de sărăcăcios și scump. Nu se merită cel puțin pentru noi am preferat pentru 23€/pers,sa il luam in Viena. Cel mai mare minus în special acum pe timp de vară,a fost lipsa aerului condiționat. Acele ventilatoare puse in camera sunt egal cu zero. Pentru noi,am fost de două ori la acest hotel…..prima si ultima dată. 🙄

Klassisches Gebäude mit Zimmern im erhöhten Erdgeschiss, 1sten Stock, sowie im ausgebauten Dachgeschoss

Cons:

Hotelbetrieb erkennt & würdigt (auch auf Hinweis) unseren vor Ort begangenen Festtag nicht.
Grosse Unterschiede bei der Gastfreundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen.

Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut

Der Safe hat nicht funktioniert und es kam nie jemand, um ihn zu reparieren. Das Zimmer wurde nach der ersten Nacht nicht gereinigt und natürlich hatten wir dann auch keine Handtücher. Wir mussten Handtücher bei der Rezeption holen und es wurde gesagt, dass wir zu lange im Zimmer gewesen wären, deshalb wurde nicht geputzt. Wir verließen das Zimmer um 10.45 Uhr. Wir bekamen auch Handtücher mit Flecken. Ein Polster war auch schmutzig.

ウィーンの歴史を感じるホテル
Pros:

・ホテル内外のビジュアルの良さ
　「貴族のお屋敷」に泊まれるという喜びが、外観を見た瞬間から湧き上がってくる。リノベーション故の床の軋みも逆にそれだけの歴史を感じさせる。
・部屋の広さ
　コーナースイートは2部屋分の広さ。シャワーやトイレも2つずつあり、天窓付きの部屋もあって非日常を感じられる。
・朝食が美味しい
　パン各種、ハム、チーズ、サラミ、ベーコン、スクランブルエッグなどベーシックながらも美味しいメニューが並ぶ。しかもウィーン市街が一望できるテラスで食べることができ、最高の朝を迎えられる。

Cons:

・シャワーの水圧が弱い
　ヨーロッパはどこでも仕方のないことなのだろうか？
・レストラン従業員にやる気なさそうな人がいた
　ため息や舌打ちが聞こえた。客に対するものではないと信じているが、耳に入っていい気はしないため気をつけたほうがいいだろう。
・ウィーン市街から少し遠い
　ホテル目の前からバスが出ているし、遠いからこそウィーン市街が一望できるわけなので「良くない」とは言えないが、気にする人は気になるところ。

Pros:

Пребывание во дворце очень понравилось. Шикарные лестницы, огромные люстры, коридоры. Очень высокие окна с шикарными подоконниками в номерах. Приятное обслуживание. Большая и бесплатная парковка, что является преимуществом для Вены.
Также есть большая территория для прогулок и красивый вид на город, так как замок находиться на возвышенности.
Чистота и белое постельное белье.
В номере был чай, кофе и даже кофе без кофеина что очень порадовало.
