Pros:

Près de l'aéroport...grande chambre...lit confortable...petit déjeuner varié...! 😉

Cons:

Pas de restaurant ouvert 24 heures...drôle d'odeur partout...petit déjeuner se termine trop tôt...! 🤔

Great location, comfhealthy breakfast
Pros:

Location to Pearson airport. Shuttle service was very welcome especially for late arrival. Room and beds were comfortable, shower was excellent.
Breakfast was very good, many healthy and tasty options.

Cons:

We were from England so were a little disappointed not to find any tea bags in the room, but found them in the breakfast room, so not a problem!

Praktische Lokalisation bei annuliertem Flug und Rebooking.
Pros:

Das gratis Frühstück konnte ich nicht einnehmen, da mein Flug vor 6 Uhr startete. Caffè für Frühaufsteher an Rezeption vorhanden. Shuttlebus Verbindung von/zu Flughafen rasch und speditiv. Information von Rezeption zutreffend. Angenehmer kurzer Aufenthalt.

Not as advertised.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The photos showed a pool and hot tub which were both closed. The reviews mentioned that I could get a breakfast to go, but I was told not today. My microwave locked my breakfast inside and I couldn’t eat it. The bedroom coffee was undrinkable.

Good enough
Pros:

Very close to the airport with free shuttle. Pull out couch bed was practically brand new.
Lots of plugs!

Cons:

No bath towels provided or.enoigh bedding fir the pull out couch. Front desk.was too.busy to answer the phone.
Ants in bathroom
Could not get breakfast because it started after the shuttle picked us up, but we had to wait for the driver to get himself a plate to go.

Excellent staff, room cleanliness and comfortable bed.
We arrived as a group of 6 late in the evening (11pm), starving, and exhausted. Front desk staff were excellent with us. They assisted in guiding us with our quickest and best Uber Eats choices and left us alone to eat in peace and quiet in the lounge. Which is exactly what we needed after 12 hours of travel. Also, if you like a hotel that provides real AC and doesn’t limit your temperature settings this is the hotel for you. We love a cold room and we’re thrilled to be able to set the AC to 17. We of course turned it off prior to check out the next morning.
