Really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again but would book directly to stop discrepancies .

Proximity to the ski slope and the beautiful town absolutely fantastic
Room was great and clean. Lovely large areas on the levels outside the room. Great storage for skis and ski rental place in the hotel.
Front reception staff very helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast when we had to wait an hour and nearly miss our transport. They need a buffet.
The complimentary wine tasting was poorly run and the room very dark.
The booking.com info was different than the resort policy. Payment was meant to be a deposit even 6 months out and beaver creek resort took full payment. I had to call them to ensure they took the payment and it wasn’t a scam. Secondly booking.com said 4 breakfasts were included . Breakfast wasn’t included only $60 per day total for 2 people was credited to your account and there were 4 of us booked in. Need to be on the same page as booking.com ( basically what I thought I had booked was incorrect) sorting these 2 issues was stressful. .

Overpriced but isn’t everything in Beaver Creek?
Pros:

Good location and decent amenities (minus the restaurant which I do not recommend).

Cons:

Terrible WiFi, staff wasn’t always particularly knowledgeable or helpful.

Pros:

Amazing location, staff was perfect. Room was great. Kids loved the area.

Did not love the valet and resort mandatary cost. Should just be in the cost of the room. Just 1 price please.
