The hotel was stuffy out dated, black mildew shower
Location was good. Additional parking in the back helped with the overflow.
Maintenance worker using a master key entered our room with no notice while we were inside. They did not attempt to knock or announce themself as a hotel staff member until we approached them.
Second staffing issue: We confirmed a late 1:00 check out with the front desk. We went to the beach and returned at 11:30 to find housekeeping already inside our room getting it ready for a future guest. We found our remaining items moved to the hallway outside our room. Housekeeping asked us why the front desk didn't tell them??
Staff was excellent
Their were holes in the couch 2 big holes, water pressure was low, and cracks in the bathroom wall.
Customer service and the management is very aggressive and but they’re not gonna help us and they don’t listen. They on my advice anything is aggressive specially the manager.

The location was great and also was the breakfast
Not really sure if the floor and couch was just clean but both were wet 🤨
But other than that everything was okay 👍
And NO.... Microwave was in the room 🤔
The beds are super uncomfortable

There was lot of dust and died insects on the sofa and bed.
Location and breakfast
A/c in our rooms did not work properly. We could not use the balcony because opening and closing the door would let out the little a/c we had. When I told the gentlemen at the front desk the night we checked in, he said we had to wait until the next morning to speak with someone. The next morning I was told rooms are sold out and nothing could be done.
