It was ok. Not the best.
Pros:

The bathroom in the rooms is nice and ample.

Cons:

There is only 2 elevators in the property and no stairs for people to use to go to the rooms. The stairs are only to use if you are coming out of your room/out of property. Also the facy that they restrict the time to use the gate to have access to the beach. My kids and husband love to go night fishing. We do it with no problem at every hotel we visit. This one shut access through their gate at 10 pm, forcing you to go through the public parking and then walk to the hotel.

Cons:

They were way under staffed. I ask for clean towels the 2nd night they said they would bring them up. After waiting over 2 hours I went back down to the front desk to get towels. I booked ocean front and my room was on the side😡

Cons:

Check in was at 4 didn’t get checked in until after 6. We had two adults and 3 children they only gave us 3 towels and 3 rags then gave attitude when we asked for more. Cleaning crew is rude. Hallways needs to be vacuumed and they are super hot.

The location was great, the pool was clean. Carpets and rooms were not well cleaned.

Only 2 elevators for the entire building, carpets had a bad smell, overall not very clean, 1st morning there was not enough breakfast for all the guests, lack of choices at the bar on site, elevators and hallways were not cooled.

Pros:

Terrible save your money and go elsewhere. Hotel is extremely dirty and not up to the Hyatt standards. Trash overflowing in every can you see, pool had garbage and bandaids floating in it. AC in the halls and elevators is not working only in the rooms. Our room had a plywood door instead of the frosted glass door rust everywhere. A majority of the staff were rude took and hour for a remote and no one ever came finally went down myself and was given a broken one. No furniture on the ocean front patio stained sofa beds just overall waste of money

At the beach.

Cons:

Horrible breakfast very simple it's a Hyatt Hotel and I expected a lot better, no towels at the pool and when ask for at front desk you've to put your name on a notebook like if you're not going to return it. Bathroom has just a few towels in the rooms. Front desk doesn't greet or welcome you. I will not stay here again and don't recommend it , for this price I can get something better.

We liked location and room was good except sink, staff on reception were not very friendly.

Look somewhere else first.
Pros:

Great location, sub-par experience. Beds were comfortable but maintenance issues make it feel dirty. No hot water in the shower. Water was lukewarm at best. Breakfast was good...your average hotel breakfast. Just not what I expected from a Hyatt...more like super 8 level.
