Pros:

Room set up. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Rugs could have been cleaned. Powdered eggs were horrible.

Pros:

Terrible save your money and go elsewhere. Hotel is extremely dirty and not up to the Hyatt standards. Trash overflowing in every can you see, pool had garbage and bandaids floating in it. AC in the halls and elevators is not working only in the rooms. Our room had a plywood door instead of the frosted glass door rust everywhere. A majority of the staff were rude took and hour for a remote and no one ever came finally went down myself and was given a broken one. No furniture on the ocean front patio stained sofa beds just overall waste of money

Will not stay here again.

At the beach.

Cons:

Horrible breakfast very simple it's a Hyatt Hotel and I expected a lot better, no towels at the pool and when ask for at front desk you've to put your name on a notebook like if you're not going to return it. Bathroom has just a few towels in the rooms. Front desk doesn't greet or welcome you. I will not stay here again and don't recommend it , for this price I can get something better.

We liked location and room was good except sink, staff on reception were not very friendly.

Look somewhere else first.
Pros:

Great location, sub-par experience. Beds were comfortable but maintenance issues make it feel dirty. No hot water in the shower. Water was lukewarm at best. Breakfast was good...your average hotel breakfast. Just not what I expected from a Hyatt...more like super 8 level.

Overall great stay! Would stay again.
Pros:

Stayed many times. Always been a great stay. Nice rooms. Good location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Some outdoor cleanliness issues-used bandaid sat by the pool for 2 days and a pair of wet boys underwear was out on the back patio our entire stay. No one ever picked either item up and I didn’t want to pick them up without gloves.

Pros:

This was easily the trashiest, most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at - and it's supposed to be the Hyatt! Don't they pride themselves on quality? This place was dirty and grimy throughout the bathroom; brown nastiness on the rugs and on the lamp shades; mildew on the bathroom shower. We complained after arriving and they switched our room to a *moderately* better one and it was still the absolute most wretched thing I've ever stayed at. And I've done a lot of traveling as a professor. I was truly scared we might get bed bugs. We'd come back from the beach and the place would be 'picked up' but they didn't even change the linens or the bedding, it was the SAME stuff picked up off the floor and put right back onto the bed. The complementary food was served on RE-washed PLASTIC plates, which weren't even actually clean - ignoring the fact that the food was bad. There is a bar of snacks at the front desk... they ONLY have (and this isn't a joke or an exaggeration) red-hot firey chips or outdated cookies. lol And the staff weren't kind, to boot. Oh, and to top things off, the day we left, we went to put towels on the towel rack for the first time and it plopped right off the wall. We told the attendant, they said not to worry and this happens all the time... guess what they STILL charged us for, regardless, after the fact? Highly recommend you look elsewhere. Zero stars, 1,000x over.
