Desde que llegamos estaba mal el enchufe aparte había una puerta que conectaba con otra habitación.
Se escuchaba todo y les comentamos qué nos cambiaran de habitación y no quisieron

Creo que ha mejores hoteles en la zona
Pros:

Muy bonito, pero sin estacionamiento, cobran $250 la noche por dejar el carro ahí, no hay jabón de manos en la habitación, solo te dejan el corporal y lo más importante el staff no es amable.

L’emplacement

Cons:

Séjour très décevant. Plusieurs coupures d’électricité et d’eau en pleine nuit et journée ont rendu la chambre extrêmement étouffante, la climatisation ne fonctionnant pas. Contrairement aux photos, il n’y avait pas de hamac dans notre chambre. La piscine est trompeuse et le petit déjeuner offre très peu de choix (pas de café). En plus, l’eau en chambre est payante, même en cas de forte chaleur sans climatisation. On m’a conseillé d’aller chercher de l’eau dans le couloir, mais la machine était débranchée, j’ai du parlementer trop longtemps pour ne pas payer ma bouteille d’eau utilisée. L’hôtel est joli dans le hall, mais les chambres sont vieillissantes et mal entretenues.

Las instalaciones, la ubicación, el personal, los servicios, la habitación y sobretodo la cama.

Cons:

Precisamente por su ubicación en plena 5tb avenida, en el lateral del hotel hay un bar con bandas en directo hasta las 00:30-01:00h, que hace imposible dormir hasta esa hora ya que las ventanas de las habitaciones no están preparadas para ello y no aíslan acústicamente, por lo que el ruido es insoportable. Al hotel se va a descansar y aquí no es posible.

Cons:

Déçus par notre séjour. Nous avions réservé une suite deluxe avec spa, mais le bruit très important (bars juste le niveau en dessous des chambres avec musique jusqu’à 2:30am) a rendu la première nuit impossible. L’insonorisation est clairement insuffisante. Nous avons dû changer de chambre pour une plus simple afin de pouvoir dormir, sans compensation proposée malgré la différence de standing.

Par ailleurs, l’hôtel ne correspond pas totalement aux photos : plusieurs équipements manquaient (armoire, hamac, équipement balcon) et quelques problèmes (douche bouchée, odeurs) ont été constatés. Dommage car le potentiel est là, mais l’expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de ce qui est annoncé.
