Very clean … hot showers and friendly staff. The 11am checkout was great… didn’t have to race out of the door at 10am. Thankyou.

Cons:

Old, tired, odd smell throughout, thread bear carpets, cracked bathroom tiles and vanity, sagging bed (visible dip), heater unit broken and missing parts. TV didn't receive all commercial channels (not chanel 7), had to pay security Bond which was more then the nights accommodation

Centrally located Perth City hotel
Pros:

Fabulous location for Perth City. Lovely staff. Hotel decor outdated but stay was inexpensive for inner city.

We got what we paid for so there are no complaints.

Very run down, paint peeling, cupboards broken, old bathrooms, nothing has been updated, a friends heater /cooler was broken, bed when I sat on it I thought I was going to hit the floor, night manager lays on the floor in the lobby sleeping, not as the pictures portrayed

Pros:

The location is excellent, close to the train station, making it convenient to go anywhere. It’s near London Court, with restaurants around, and the hotel is right next to a convenience store.

Cons:

Staff varied from day to day, and a few were less than friendly. The beds were worn out and sagged in the middle, making sleep uncomfortable—definitely in need of replacement. On the positive side, the shower room was spacious and comfortable.

Good spot in Perth
