Good but a little run down.
Pros:

Good location, right near Hay St and a 7-11. My room was a good size.

Cons:

Building could use a revamp, tatty carpet on the stairs and outdated facilities. Pillows were very thin, I needed 3 to support my neck. The tv only had half of the usual channels, retuning didn't help. The staff I dealt with seemed as though they were just phoning it in. They could've been more friendly and cracked a smile. The hotel is next door to a club that played loud music late at night which was disruptive.

Pros:

位置不错，出行方便，旁边就有个小超市，周日也开门的。但是房间的设施老旧，水管会有很大的声音，冰箱启动声音也很大，白天wifi信号很弱，只有夜里好点。

Pros:

Bed was very comfortable

Cons:

AC broken, room has external lighting projected in which lit up the room at night. Paint peeling off and I’m not talking about a small patch, I mean half the wall and thick! See photo.

Room was dated and did not remotely match the photos.

Hotel generally speaking looked rundown & untidy.

Mouldy - avoid at all costs
Cons:

The whole hotel smelled of wet carpet and our room had a thick layer of mould growing in the corner. We refused to stay on h
ealth grounds and had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. This hotel should be closed down by the authorities.

We did not have many options to find accommodation elsewhere at 10 p.m. after a four hour flight
Pros:

Location was great for our next day’s journey. Eating places nearby were open till 9:00 p.m. for later arrivals from Perth airport

Cons:

The property showed its age in that internal paint work on walls badly needed a fresh coat of paint with modern colours.
The exhaust fan in the bathroom screamed like a pack of seagulls. When the reception staff were approached about this, they simply stated that it was old. When asked about other rooms, they said there were no vacancies and only one other room was available but its exhaust fan was worse

Slum hotel

Cons:

Room is run down. Paint peeling on ceiling, something running down the walls near the window, oil running down the front door from the door closer, toilet keeps running intermittently all night, blood stain on the sheet, carpet at bathroom door damaged and a trip hazard, huge wet patch on the carpet near tv.
