Excellent location and great indoor pool. Beatifulncity views, coles beach walking paths on doorstep.

Dissappointed this time
Pros:

The locatiuon is excellent for our needs.

Cons:

We have stayed here many times. This time we where annoyed by the shower not being hot and the spa not working and the TV's that havent been updated to be able to recieve Channel 7 since the recent changes

Lovely spot but pricey
Pros:

Room with view of Harbour, large comfy bed

Cons:

Bit of a rabbit warren to get to room, large leak with bin full of water on way to room, never a good look.

That the pool was only open until 10 pm as it was school holidays and very busy right until it closed. It would be good if this was accessible 24-7.

We had such a great time away and will recommend you to anyone visiting the area!
Pros:

The property was amazing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the beach location was amazing!
I was a bit worried with the construction out front on the beach but it ended up being my son’s favourite part.

Having the room freshened and towels replaced each day was such a bonus and all of the staff were really friendly!

The pool was definitely our highlight, we swum in there almost 2x a day which we loved!

We can’t wait until we can come back sometime in the future!

Cons:

The property was great, the only two things we found is the dryer didn’t dry the clothes at all which made washing difficult and the sliding doors to the bedroom were so extremely noisy when opening and closing. The only reason this is something we noticed as we had our son in his portacot

Excellent location, property needs maintenance and customer service is not great
Pros:

The location of the property is excellent. The view from the room is spectacular.

Cons:

The rooms are dated and need maintenance. If you plan to cook, recommend carrying your utensils. Very few kitchen utensils were provided and they were of poor quality with non-stick coatings off which are considered carcinogenic. Despite me asking thrice for some better utensils, they never came. The rooms don't get vacuumed well.

Pros:

Nice view from the balcony.

Cons:

No kettle in the room, only coffee machine.
Maintenance barged into our room at 8am, too bad if we wanted a sleep in. They were apologetic but I thought ut could have been better organised
Also wanted to charge $65 for a fold out bed because I did not want to sleep in the same room as my client even though there was only two of us. Staff were not very friendly
