Friendliness of staff. Was treated on my birthday with a surprise cake and champagne.

Staff are exceptionally kind, helpful, and friendly! Beautiful view from sea-view rooms; garden view room quiet and peaceful. Complimentary tuk tuk to certain beaches/spots was very helpful. Food was delicious.
No direct access to beach or trails from resort which surprised me - you have to walk on some pretty busy car roads first to get anywhere. Showers can’t close all the way so have to be very careful otherwise water gets out. I stayed in a sea view room first before moving to the garden view, and the sea-view room I was in didn’t have a desk inside the room so I had no where to try and sit and use my laptop or eat a snack (but the garden view did). With the sea view room there was a table and chair in the outdoor terrace but I didn’t always want to be outside. These things surprised me given the resort’s rating and price.

A little construction going on
Spectacular view, loved the comfort of being able to sit on my terrace overlooking the ocean, pool, cliffs and even a cave. Room was comfortable and had everything I needed. There was also great entertainment in the lounge bar in the evening.
A lot of construction in the area which did prevent being able to get either down to the beach and/or up the cliff sides from the property.

Assez cher pour les équipements proposés ainsi que les repas et boissons. On nous a fait payé des choses en plus dans le minibar alors qu'on n'avait pas consommé. La piscine intérieur n'est pas chauffée et le spa est à partagé avec d'autres personnes.
Beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel with great views. Bar made high quality cocktails and it was easy to walk to town for meals etc. The breakfast was fantastic
I didn't really like the window to the bathroom but there was a blind.
Location is great. Staff were helpful and friendly and the food was good.
Due to the design of the building there are lots of long empty hallways which could all do with some art or decoration to make it look more like a 5 star hotel and less like a military bunker. We liked it and would stay there again but the decor could be a lot warmer.
