Really enjoyed it. Accessible by flying from Newquay in Cornwall (30 mins drive from where we live).
Pros:

Breakfast location is stunning, if you get an outside seat. Room was great, even if some neighbors were noisy on a couple nights. We chose a front room so view was good. Like the occasional little treats like fruit at the poolside

Noisy neighbors, towels were a little worn/old

Alguns absurdos. Cortei meu pé no deck da piscina pois havia parafusos com as pontas para fora. E não era um. Encontrei vários. Chamei o gerente para ver e nada foi feito no período em que eu estava lá. Durante a minha estadia o dol se punha às 9:30PM. O bar da piscina fechava às 7:00PM. minha esposa às 8:00PM estava ainda ba piscina e quis tomar uma àgua. Como o bar estava fechado foi no restada piscina. Se negaram a vender uma àgua. Disseram que apenas que fosse jantar podia pedir bebidas. Ela então disse que beberia a água no balcão do restaurante. Mesmo assim se negaram a vender. UM ABSURDO. Resumindo, o hotel tem muita pompa, mas serviço ruim. Não voltaria.

Pros:

Breakfast is fantastic, pool is great and scenery is epic. Sushi is 10/11 and the Roof Top Bar is 10/10. Carvoeiro town is lovely so get down there also and Algor Seco.

Cons:

Main Restaurant, dinner even when booked, shockingly bad for timing.... staff just told us they were short staffed in kitchen but appallingly bad wait time between ordering, drinks coming, starters to mains, just disjointed and it is weird as the hotel otherwise was top notch and the food when it came was excellent but 2 hours for 2 courses !!. So No need to go to main restaurant for dinner, just go to the restaurant beside pool or sushi in the roof top.
