大満足です
Pros:

充実した周辺環境です。中洲の中心部にあり、名物の屋台街や地元の名店、商業施設が徒歩圏内にあります。また夕食や観光の選択肢には困りません。抜群のアクセス: 地下鉄駅からすぐの好立地です。車利用の場合も都市高速のランプが近く、電車・車どちらでもスムーズに移動できます。館内には広くて非常に快適な大浴場があります。洗い場数も充分あって良いと思いました。また私はランニングを趣味としていますが、福岡のランナーの聖地である大濠公園へは、ホテル前の明治通りをまっすぐ西へ進むだけでアクセスできる点です。朝食も大変充実していたので大満足です。

Cons:

最上階のコインランドリー（3台）は混み合いやすく、テレビのインフォメーション画面で「空き」になっていても、前の人の取り出し待ちが発生していることがありました。ただ、徒歩5分圏内に別のコインランドリーがあります。ホテルのものより料金は倍ほどかかりますが、洗濯から乾燥までが半分の1時間で終わるため、時間を優先したい場合はこちらを利用するのも手だと思います。
