Muy buena salvo por el personal que no está a la altura
Pros:

Habitaciones amplias, con baño y ducha amplia. Camas cómodas. El lugar para desayunar era muy lindo. Tiene reposeras del hotel con sombrilla frente a la playa.
El desayuno muy rico y preparado en el momento.

Cons:

Olvidé mis ojotas debajo de una reposera del hotel, y una chica del personal del hotel las vio y las dejó en el bar. Nadie sabía en dónde estaban, así que no pude recuperarlas. Peor todavía, los empleados no se veían preocupados por saber en donde podían estar y me miraban como si no fuese problema de ellos. Estando en un hotel de 4 estrellas esperaba que tuvieran un protocolo de “cosas perdidas” y que tuvieran mejor servicio. Menos mal la última noche nos fuimos al Christopher en donde el servicio realmente es de calidad.

Pros:

The staff here was amazing. When we went to the airport, my girlfriend actually left a dress in our room. The staff grab the dress drove to the airport and gave us the address while we were waiting for our flight about to board! The restaurant here was incredible. The lobster was absolutely amazing. The continental free breakfast was outstanding. The view of the ocean was amazing. The beach was clean. The water was clean. The waves were not too big not too small. It was perfect for a couples romantic vacation.

Beautiful Place.
Pros:

We had a WONDERFUL experience staying at the Pearl Beach Hotel . The from desk staff and concierge, was amazing! Always available to answer questions and extremely helpful with our various reservations. In addition to his friendly welcome, they had arranged for our pick up at the Ferry to the hotel. Lovely room very comfortable and clean plus is a Nespresso coffee maker and mini bar. And each morning we woke to freshly delivered baked goods and fresh juices. My only request would have been more variety in the baked goods - but they were a lovely touch. We loved staying in the privacy of this hotel with a beautiful view of the beach and still having access to Eden Rocks, stores, restaurants etc very convenient. We will definitely be booking again soon!
