The location was exceptional - near to Jonker Walk, but far enough away to be away from the crowds. It had a very peaceful ambience and outstanding cleanliness. As a fairly small hotel, it catered for its guests very well with a range of breakfasts on offer. The room/suite was spectacular and we particularly liked the bath/shower room. The staff were brilliant and always prepared to help in any way possible. It is impossible to mention anyone by name, but the front of house staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were all excellent.

Location was unbeatable, staff were very friendly and efficient.
Room was spotlessly clean, spacious and bed was very comfortable.
The availability of a private car park was a bonus.
Breakfast was excellent with daily specials.

Perfect location, close to every attraction lıke Jonker street, Melaka river, Stadthuys, museums, antique shops etc.
Architecture and interior design is so elegant, a real heritage house design.
Kind and helpful staff.
Repetitive noise in the very early hours of the morning due to some equipment running, don’t know exactly what it is. They leave earplugs in the rooms for that, if you are not a light sleeper no problem.

Sehr schöne und stilvoll eingerichtete Haupthalle, wo auch die Speisen serviert werden. Das Personal war ausserordentlich Freundlichkeit und hilfsbereit. Zimmer eher etwas klein, aber ebenfalls sehr schön eingerichtet. Sehr bequemes Bett.
Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden.
