Pros:

Nádherné historické budovy v krásnom parku.

Cons:

Personál má problém rozumieť česky/slovensky. Izba, ktorú som dostal mala dvere do vedľajšieho apartmánu, cez ktoré bolo všetko počuť. Vedľa samozrejme hluční Rusi - každý večer som musel počúvať ich milostné radovánky, trieskanie, krik a hlasné telefonovanie až dokým nešli spať ☹️👎🏻

Upgraded to Bristol Palace
Pros:

I was upgraded to Bristol Palace. The room, facilities and gardens were very good and well maintained. The view from the window to the sunset and Karlovy-vary was amazing. All Bristol hotels are connected by underground passes which is very convenient.

Очень чисто, удобно, отличный завтрак

Cons:

За 8 дней комнату убирали 2:раза. Такое впечатление, что горничная ждала, когда мы придем в комнату и тогда стучалась. Мы, естественно, не хотели, чтобы убирали при нас, так как только вернулись из бассейна или с прогулки. Хочу отметить, что мы отсутствовали часам, но попытки убрать производились именно стоило нам только вернуться в комнату.

Celou noc svítilo ze zahrady světlo do pokoje. Nejsou rolety ani žaluzie . Jen látkový závěs.
