Pros:

Breakfast is acceptable and the coffee bar sells nice drinks. Location is perfect if you are interested in attending museums in park Ueno just few minutes walking,

Cons:

More inconvenient than expected. First of all hotel desk is in floor one, so if you are carrying with you large baggage the only way is to take elevator to check in. Elevators are smalls and crowded on mornings, rooms are extremely small, we were two people with medium luggage and could not fit at all. Mattress is uncomfortable to say the least , not the western style so prepare your back. bathroom is super small no place to move. If you are carrying large bags with you I wouldn’t choose this one honestly. Finally I had to check out earlier for the reasons above listed and could get a discount in a hotel in Ginza four stars for the same price. Think twice.

Hotel in great location, clean rooms and friendly staff.
Pros:

Excellent location with walking distance to the train, park and restaurants. Room was very clean, quiet and well equipped. Staff was friendly and wifi was excellent. Perfect for people who want to stay close to center, but not right in the middle of the Tokyo craziness. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Room was a bit small for two people with big suitcases, some shelves would help with additional storage space, but all manageable.

Pros:

El diseño del hotel y el personal atento

Cons:

La habitación es cómoda pero no es para dos personas. El desayuno es muy pobre. Y la ubicación lo único que tiene es que puedes tomar el tren cerca peo no recomiendo la ubicación para quedarse. No hay muchas opciones a la noche, no vale la pena.

Comfortable, good location, good coffee but poor breakfast
Pros:

I liked its location, easy to get to the other parts of Tokyo from this hotel, but away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The room was cosy, staff were friendly and the building is very modern. They have nice coffee on the ground floor.

Cons:

I really didn’t like the bed being up the small step. During the night it was easy to forget about it and trip down it. More space for suitcases would be great. The breakfast was not good especially for the price, we found this very disappointing

Pros:

This hotel was stylish, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff were very friendly. Everything just worked! Adding breakfast to our stay was worth it! We loved our experience here and would definitely recommend to others!

Cons:

We stayed in a compact twin. The beds were a tad too firm and the room was very small. If you stay here and can afford it, I would recommend selecting the next size up in room.

Great value, great location. Would recommend!
Pros:

Rooms were small but as expected, cozy, clean and well placed in Tokyo. Breakfast was lovely though a little repetitive by the third day. All in all, very helpful staff in a nice location a few minutes walk from the JR line.

Pros:

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The room was bigger than what i expected as this was my 2nd time in Japan and i know how small the room can be >.<
The location is amazing, near train station, bus stops and convenience stores!
Arrived 3 hours early and they let me put my luggage there while we stroll around the area waiting for check in time.
This will be my go to hotel when i visit Japan again!

Cons:

Honestly for me, no major complains. Great stay!
