Pros:

很有設計感的旅店，風格新穎不老氣，花園從餐廳看出去很美!
房間很大，能攤開兩個行李箱也不影響活動
一樓有7-11，過馬路有Mori藥妝店

Cons:

所在位置有點尷尬 附近地鐵站都得步行超過15分鐘
雖然飯店有提供往博多站的接駁車 但總是少了一點彈性
靠公車會比較方便一點

隔音不佳，本次住12樓的套房，會聽到來自樓頂冷卻塔的低頻音

Quite good for the price, but the staff is unwelcoming.
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. Nice view from the 9th floor.

Cons:

The free drinks corner was mediocre, staff hospitality was far below what I was used to in Japan.

Good location
Pros:

The location is very good, there is also a shuttle service to Hayata station. There is 7-11 at the hotel which is very convenient. The staff are very good and helpful. The room is a good size with comfortable beds. They also give free drinks in the evening and bath salts.

Cons:

Don't use the laundry machines because they don't dry your clothes. We had to go to nearby coin laundry and dry them there,. That was a very good one

It was a very nice hotel room, spacious enough for two checked bags to be laid out. Toilet completely separate which was convenient. Very clean and modern.

Great hotel in Fukuoka!!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Fukuoka! The staff were incredibly kind and even upgraded our room for one night when they heard we were celebrating our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful surprise.
The shuttle to Hakata Station was very convenient, and although the hotel doesn’t offer luggage delivery service, the staff kindly helped us fill out the Yamato form at the 7-Eleven right outside the hotel.
Truly lovely hospitality!

Our 2nd room was not as clean as the first, but still great!
