Highly reccomend, absolutely stunning the amazing staff

Staff went well above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at all times. We had dinner in the restaurant twice . Well worth the money. Highly recommend

Wenn man sich etwas besonderes gönnen möchte!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich durch das Hotelpersonal begrüßt. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Die Zimmereinrichtung wirklich, wie man es sich in einem Schloss vorstellt. Alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Im Hotel ist es sehr ruhig. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war unser Highlight – riesengroß und super bequem! Überall hat es sehr gut gerochen. Wir durften das Hotel erkunden – es gab wirklich viel zu sehen. Es gibt einen großen Billardtisch, eine bequeme Bar und ein tolles Restaurant.

restaurant staff and the evening reception team were fantastic — genuinely 5-star service well done to them

Cons:

We booked a double room for a special two-night stay with my partner, but were given two single beds together instead — very uncomfortable to sleep on. When I raised this with reception, the response was rude and dismissive. It's a shame, and the room mix-up turned what was meant to be a special couple's getaway into two sleepless nights, which was really disappointing.

Schönes Hotel mit besonderen Flair, welches mit etwas mehr Einsatz wirklich top wäre.

Die Lage des Hotels ist toll. Das Gebäude und die Ausstattung haben einen besonderen Flair und das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Die Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich waren sehr verschmutzt. Generell war die Sauberkeit in den allgemein zugänglichen Räumen ausbaufähig.

Pros:

Le château est magnifique ainsi que son parc. Nous avions eu une chambre au rez-de-chaussée vue sur le parc juste incroyable. Le petit déjeuné était très bien. Le restaurant au sous sol était juste parfait et la nourriture très bonne.

Cons:

Le manque de professionnalisme du serveur au bar. Monsieur mange ses frites pleine de sauce juste devant nous et se sert au passage un whisky coca pendant son service... Pour un hôtel de se standing nous avons trouvé ça déplacé. Un point très positif cependant pour la serveuse du restaurant qui était vraiment très sympathique.
