Location was decent
Pools were not kept clean. They had white stuff floating in it. The beach access had a lot of debris while the ones next to it had cleaner paths. Lost power a few times and water cut off while in shower. Outside restroom doors needed fixing. Had to be jiggled, trapping a few ppl in.
Proximity to the beach.
No hair dryer in the room. The pool was dirty.
Location is great. Really is beachfront. Free parking. Great restaurant attached, again, right on the beach.
Not brand new, but it’s cool.
Friendly staff, everything in room works, Bed is comfortable. AC is quite. Price is decent. Hot tub was too hot to use (estimate 104°), Parking can be difficult on weekends when non-guests use hotel parking to go to beach.

Close to the beach beach clean restaurant was good. Provided proximity and easy access to get food and drinks.
Poor Front desk service not engaging did not promote. The restaurant not promoting discounts or anything. Had to ask for those when a customer was ahead of me. Did not get a lot of clean towels, made the bed but no clean towels, need to create a dock to access beach not feel comfortable going through those weeds and all that stuff in those situations. There was a floor nail from carpet to tile outside to balcony…
Clean hotel, beach access with very friendly and helpful staff
I loved the location! I loved that the bed was so comfortable! I loved that the unit had a full kitchen! The best thing was how clean everything was!!! Oh and every room has an ocean view and the hotel has beach access.
Loved everything... but I was originally going to bring my mom and since she's older, she wouldn't have been able to make it through the long sand trail.
If you can please please don’t come to this hotel, the customer service was horrible, and the pictures on the website is not at all how it looks in real life, my family and I came for a vacation and booked a room with 2 beds, right off the jump the hotel room had a bad smell, the bathroom didn’t have a sink in it instead it was on the outside and right next to the first bed, the shower was super tiny with no shower pressure or anywhere to put your toiletries. the area looked like it wasn’t properly cleaned there were mysterious stains on the walls, sink and for some reason the mirror. The desk in between the beds was missing a plug and we had to go to the lobby for them to help us find a way. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE, ITS NOT WORTH IT.

The check in time .... It's kind of late and u loose a great part of the day and it's amenities .
The access to the beach needs something a bit more secure to make it safer to walk from pool to beach .
