Fantastic!
Pros:

Wonderful hotel with magic view in front of Lake Lugano. One of the best stays we had. Very friendly staff in restaurant and at breakfast.
Everything was outstanding!

Perfektes Gesamtangebot. Sehr freundliches Personal, geniales Frühstücksbuffet, sauber. Separate Bereiche für solche Personen, die Ruhe suchen, aber auch für Familien mit Kindern. Herrliches Panorama.
Werden sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein.

Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

Man kann immer was bemängeln wenn man will. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Punkt.

Un bel emplacement mais trop de prestation payante alors que le séjour coûte très très cher…
Pros:

Très belle emplacement au bord du lac avec petite plage privée et nombreuses petites randonnées dans les montagnes environnantes .
Le village de Porlezza est très chouette et accessible lac de Côme rapide et facile.

Cons:

Hôtel au tarif très élevé donc à ce prix pas normal de payer le parking et le tennis qui devrait largement être inclus dans le tarif pour les résidents de l’hôtel
Appartement pour 5 pas confort pour ceux qui dorment dans le salon. Lit d’appoint correct éventuellement pour un enfant de moins de 10 ans mais pas un ado.
Globalement trop de monde si vous n’avez pas la chance de déjeuner sur la terrasse extérieur la salle de restauration est beaucoup trop bruyante. Choix à la carte payant, encore de la facturation pour commander une omelette
Pour moi le rapport qualité prix n’y ait pas du tout…ça laisse un goût amer
Petit point sur la chambre où il y a une cuisine avec plaque électrique mais aucun ustensile pour pouvoir prendre un repas sur place : pas d’assiette, pas de couverts…on peut même pas se faire une salade ce qui oblige quelque part à utiliser le service de restauration sur place bien entendu hors de prix donc nous avons manger dans le village à côté
Des points de détails mais cumulé ça gâche un peu le séjour

Schöne Aussicht, sehr geräumige Suite, super Frühstücksbuffet, toller Pool, sehr nettes Personal (ausser eine unfreundliche, arrogante Person am Empfang)

Cons:

Beim Eintreffen an der Reception fiel der Empfang eher arrogant auf. Gepäck musste durch uns ins Zimmer gebracht werden.

The grounds were beautiful and choices of activities exceptional. The staff was really wonderful and always attentive. I went to several restaurants and 2 of them surprised me by their quality of food and service. The breakfast was more than enough as far as variety. The staff quickly realized that we did not care to necessarily share our time with children and therefore offered the quiet breakfast rooms, the adults spas, etc.

Calme, romantique et chouchouté
Pros:

A peu près tout. Le petit déjeuner est juste incroyable, les chambres spacieuses avec vue sur le lac, les piscines et le SPA sont au TOP ! La salle de gym est petite, du coup, nous avons randonné, depuis l'hôtel il y a des départs, soit vers Porlezza sans prendre la route, soit vers la montagne ; mais attention, là ça grimpe sévère !

Beautiful !!!! The view was Wonderful, Peaceful ! There are simply no words to describe the view !!!! ❤️❤️ Super clean, comfortable beds and Great air conditioning ! Staff were Very Nice, helpful and bilingual ! Bathroom was very nice and we were given shampoo, Balt salts, etc.
