spa was gesloten en er werd ons een andere locatie aangeboden maar wel als een soort bonus waar wij wel in eerste instantie al voor betaald hadden, er is een kitchenette waar geen servies/bestek aanwezig is, dit kun je enkel aanvragen met een meerprijs, dit alleen om ons te verplichten on van de dure horecagelegenheid gebruik te maken.

Gute Lage und Aussicht.

Cons:

Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und zum Beispiel Schlüssel für Zugang zum Zimmer und Türen in gesamter Hotelanlage sind wirklich nicht mehr zeitgemäss. Es benötigt dringend eine Modernisierung, um 4 Sterne Superior noch zu rechtfertigen. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist partiell unfreundlich und arrogant.

La vue de la chambre conforme aux photos, le PDJ copieux et variés et surtout Cristina qui vous accueille avec sourire, professionnalisme et bienveillance.

Cons:

Le message de confirmation de votre réservation qui dés la 1ere phrase vous annonce parking payant à 20€ au prix des chambres c’est abusé, puis vous liste tout ce que vous pouvez faire dans le ressort mais en payant et qui attend la dernière phrase pour vous souhaiter la bienvenue. Très moyen comme façon de faire. Le bruits des chariots femmes de chambre et des valises le matin dés 8h sur les pavés devant les chambres, l’accueil à l’arrivée sans chaleur, la salle de restaurant impersonnel et froide.

Personnel très sympathique, resto la joie de vivre juste délicieux magnifique vue depuis la piscine d'eau salée du spa d'en haut très romantique en soirée !! Parcours pour fair son footing du matin, petit parcours pour balade en amoureux, multitude de piscines pour l'été ( toboggan)belle place de jeux pour enfant accès à la plage du lac ...top
