The staff are friendly and the location is great.
Pros:

The check-in host was wonderful. I don't remember her name, but she speaks Spanish, English, French, and Italian.

Cons:

In our room this time, the shower water didn't drain properly so there was a small pool at our feet.

Pros:

El personal es muy atento, el buffet de comida exquisito, muy recomendable, sobre todo a recomendación del cheff, unas deliciosas rebanadas de robalo, salmón y pulpo, tiene bonita vista, bien ubicado, playa pequeña pero bonita, en general muy buen hotel.

Cons:

El WC de la habitación no cerraba al descargar, habia que hacerlo manualmente o se fugaba el agua teniendo un gran desperdicio de agua, aunque se reporto en tres o cuatro ocasiones o no lo reportaban o estaban saturados ( mantenimiento si fue al menos una vez) pero no se resolvió. En general, creo que había que darle un mantenimiento a todo para que esté al 100%

M'ha agradat molt l'ubicació de l'hotel, la tranquilitat de l'entorn i el silenci de l'habitació. Els llits són molt confortables, el bany ampli amb un bon plat de dutxa. I la terrassa amb bones vistes a la piscina i al mar . L'aire condicionat té un programador per regular la temperatura que manté l'habitació sempre a la temporada desitjada.
Tot el personal de la neteja i se l'hotel és molt amable i professional.
El menjador té un bufet el cap de setmana excel·lent i l'esmorzar també és molt bo.
Hi he estat una setmana i si torno a venir a Veracruz segur que repeteixo el mateix hotel.
