Good value in a good location, but with thin walls
Pros:

Good location, 5 minutes from the city centre and 15 minutes from the train station. Room was a nice size, clean and bed was comfy. Good value.

Cons:

Walls are incredibly thin. You could easily here people in adjacent rooms, as well as people down the corridor.

The stairs up to the first floor are incredibly twisty and hard to climb. This was annoying to use when the lift was broken when I was checking out.

The fire alarm was set off by the kitchen on one evening. This was annoying obviously, but it was sorted quickly and allowed back in after 10 minutes.

It is a nice enough hotel but not worth the charge considering the issues and lack of accepting them
Pros:

My room was nice although definitely overpriced. My father's wasn't clean and when he asked for it to be, it was a mess afterwards on the floor. No cleaning gel and the floor not swept.

Cons:

We were given incorrect times for breakfast so arrived late. I have since complained and been told they had got all the food back out. I've checked with my father and he says that isn't true. They offered to do it but he said don't bother as we didn't want hot food which had been lying for 30 minutes. The reception tried to overcharge on arrival by 150 euros. The UK channels in my father's room didn't work. We reported it immediately. Nothing was done. When I complained I was told certain channels don't work in certain rooms. Why out someone from the UK in that room then.

Cons:

Nonostante l’apposizione tutti i giorni del cartellino alla maniglia della porta con la richiesta di pulire la camera, é stato fatto solo una volta su 4 notti

Było przyjemnie i wygodnie
Pros:

Pokój przytulny, czysty, wygodny. Hotel świetnie położony, można dotrzeć z dworca na piechotę w krótkim czasie. Niedaleko muzeum, katedra, park. Dobry pobyt.

Cons:

W pokoju nie było ręczników, ale dostaliśmy je po zgłoszeniu w recepcji

Pros:

De ligging is goed in het centrum.

Cons:

Verstopte douche afvoer, gordijnen op half zeven, smoezelig. Bij het ontbijt geen plaats want er werd niet afgeruimd. Wel meteen gemeld bij uitchecken en dan krijg je het bekende: "we zullen het doorgeven".

Отличное расположение, но старая мебель, слишком дорого, нужен хороший менеджер и ремонт
Pros:

Удобное расположение не далеко от центральной станции в центре города. Большая удобная подземная парковка, выход с парковки в отель по очень крутой неудобной лестнице. Персонал постарался и поменял комнату в соответствии с нашими потребностями: дали чистый номер, без запаха, окна открывались очень удобно, хотя требует ремонта и замены всего оборудования ванной комнаты

Cons:

Неприятный запах в коридоре и старая мебель в номерах. Ванную проектировал дизайнер который никогда не пользовался ванной сам и не знает куда деть полотенца и туалетную бумагу. Очень странные идеи но возможно дорогой винтаж
