Du personnel au petit soin ! Bonne adresse romaine !
Pros:

Situation géographique bonne, à proximité d'un métro. Chambre très correcte, spacieuse et équipée (TV, réfrigérateur, climatisation mobile...), lit et oreillers confortables, salle d'eau bien. Personnel - de la réception, de l'entretien et présent au petit déjeuner - accueillant, attentif et aidant. Merci à tous !

Oda güzeldi temizdi her gün temizlendi, sabun şampuan peçete günlük konuldu kahvaltısı iyiydi İtalya gibi bir ülkede zeytin kahvaltıda nasıl olmaz aklım almıyor belki İtalyan kahvaltısında zeytin domates yeşillik olmayabilir ama turistlerde konaklıyor bu geliştirilebilir. Ótima localização, perto de todas as atrações podendo irá pé.

Cons:

Atendente da recepção do horário da tarde até as 23h. Não trata bem os hóspedes e se priorizar o horário dela sair do que com os hóspedes. Totalmente sem educação.

Why not invest a little money on brealfast fresh products?
Pros:

Le receptionists sono signore molto accoglienti e anche le signore alla sala colazione. Avere intorno personale femminile dà una sensazione di sicurezza, gentilezza e attenzione alle piccole cose.
L'area in cui si trova l'hotel è sicura anche per donne che viaggiano da sole. L'hotel è complessivamente consigliabile, la pulizia è ottima, i bagni funzionano bene, niente cattivi odori, buona l'insonorizzazione.

Cons:

La stanza era piccolina e il materasso del letto era a molle, temo, non dei più comodi. Ci si dorme lo stesso dopo le scarpinate di Roma, però un aggiornamento varrebbe la pena! La colazione era purtroppo tutta di prodotti confezionati. Vi consiglierei per lo meno del pane fresco, delle marmellate e del miele locale. Con scritto: prodotti locali! Fa un grande effetto sui turisti stranieri e pure nazionali.
L'hotel non ha una hall e sembra quindi più un b&b che un albergo.

Pros:

We stayed here for a week in July, and it was truly an incredible experience! The apartment itself is fantastic — clean, modern, comfortable, with new furniture, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a vacation. The place matches the photos completely.

The location is also very convenient: there are beaches and a bus stop close by, making it super easy to get around and enjoy Dubrovnik.

The host was wonderful, thanks for the welcome gestures ❤️

Cons:

It was a little tricky to find the entrance at first, but we quickly sorted it out, and it definitely didn't spoil our stay. We 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

Pros:

A localização é ótima. Fui para todos os pontos turísticos a pé. O quarto onde fiquei hospedada era espaçoso, tinha inclusive uma mesa. Tem um mini frigorífico o que é ótimo.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço podia ser mais variado. Só tem comidas industrializadas. Comida saudável só fruta. Até mesmo o pão era embalado/ pão de forma. Sumos de fruta estavam à temperatura ambiente. Papel higiénico escasso. Casa de banho com locais mal limpos. Outro ponto negativo foi terem entrado no quarto enquanto ainda estava nele (se não coloco o papel na porta a indicar que podem entrar para fazerem limpezas não deveriam entrar no quarto sem permissão). A recepcionista que nos fez o check in não falava inglês, nesse sentido foi difícil perceber as indicações dadas no 1° dia.
