Comfortable place for families a block from the ocean
Pros:

You have everything you need for the kitchen. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Beds are comfortable. Free washer and dryer although it took forever to dry. The location is one block from the ocean. Very family friendly. We enjoyed our stay at the resort

Cons:

There was an issue with deposit when checking in. I prepaid everything including the deposit however had to pay another $100 when arriving. It was released soon as we checked out but that was an expense I had to take on unexpectedly.

Also crafting. We were so looking forward to crafting which resort offers and you pay for in resort fees; however the woman who was running it made it uncomfortable with her micro aggressions. We didn’t go back after the first day despite booking for a week. She was hostile my daughters, and was no show after we agreed I would come back for 3 PM class. Very unprofessional.

If the weather was better we wouldn’t have spent that much time in our room.
Pros:

The only thing that I like was the location and that we had an ocean view. The hotel staff responded quickly to our needs.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about the property was that the ice machine on our floor didn’t work. They only worked on floors 5 and 7. Our wi-fi in our room didn’t work on both televisions. We had to use our hotspots in order to watch tv. Also didn’t feel safe about the parking in the garage. The stay was average for my family and I. Didn’t have that resort feel.
