Overnight stop
Pros:

Easy to use self check-in with staff to help if needed. Good location just off motorway. Free parking for guests.
Could use all gym facilities for an extra cost if required.
Perfect for Dover ferries

Cons:

The beds were comfortable but getting on them.was a problem, they are very high, so you need steps to get on them. The room was a long walk with stairs after i said we had mobility issues.

Ok if you are staying 1 night but found every add.on expensive
Pros:

The breakfast was fine. Would have liked a choice of egg ie poached

Cons:

Drinks extremely expensive
No air conditioning in room situated at the front of the hotel
Dyson fan needed a good clean as it did not cool the extremely hot room. Fan too noisy to leave on all night
The hotel needs to install air conditioning in all rooms. Nearly took pillow to the restaurant to sleep in the cool
Would be good to have drink tray topped up on daily basis and cups changed. Put sign on door but only towels changed

Awful 😢
Pros:

It was clean and pool was lovely

Cons:

Small room for 2 double beds ( family room) only 2 towels for 4 of us and 1 toilet roll . The room was very hot 2 fans were provided but they weren’t enough to cool the room , no air conditioning. Couldn’t open windows enough to get any air , very uncomfortable with 4 people in room totally inadequate.
