My expectations were exceeded as soon as I walked through the door!
Pros:

The views from our room were amazing, and the room was so much bigger than I expected. The location was perfect as we were able to walk down to Surfers Paradise central, and the tram was just at the end of the street to travel to places out of walking distance!

Cons:

The only things I can fault is that one of the elevators was out of service, so we were waiting for a few minutes every time we needed to go up or down. The room also wasn't as modern as I was expecting, but this was no issue for us as it still felt comfy and cozy, all the other features and views of the room outweighed this.

Some of the fixtures ie light switches, power points don’t work. The fan also don’t work in one bedroom small things nothing major
