The property does not accept guests under the age of 21. No parties and no unpaid guests at any time.
Quiet hours start at 22:00 including the balcony. Zero-tolerance noise policy: if management or security is required to visit you due to noise complaints or anti-social behavior, call out fees will apply. A second incidence will result in eviction without a refund.
Room access: Guests agree to grant staff, security, and emergency personnel immediate access inside the room in the event of safety concerns, noise complaints, repairs &, maintenance, suspected illegal drug use, or disruptive behavior.
No smoking. Fumigation fee will apply if smoke is detected inside the apartment.
All rubbish must be removed and cookware washed before departure. A fee will apply if the apartment requires excess cleaning.
There is a 1.8% charge when you pay by credit card.

The location and the room was perfect for what we needed!
This was not an indictment on the property but the inconsiderate guests who kept everyone awake until I went out at 3.00am and reminded them that there were people trying to sleep!
Location handy to town centre. Direct access to a beach (not the main beach). Spacious room with small kitchenette.
The room was extremely noisy from neighbours plumbing and with paper tin walls we could hear everything. The room and bed felt dirty. I had sand on my feet despite not visiting beach, the shower felt grimy underfoot and the bed throw was unusable as it smelt bad so we were cold overnight with only a thin blanket. The lads at the construction site next door said layer their music very very loud so not a peaceful environment.

Beds are very uncomfortable, not the cleanest rooms and the rooms i was in had a bad smell to them.

The pool was amazing, room very spacious, clean and the location was great.
Unfortunately there's a big construction site next door, the noise was a little annoying but inside the apartment the noise isn't loud so it doesn't affect the sleep.
Resort wmand facilities were good. Unit was spacious and comfortable.
Not resorts fault, but hard to get into and out of from the road, due to large volumes of traffic.
