Important information:

The property does not accept guests under the age of 21. No parties and no unpaid guests at any time.

Quiet hours start at 22:00 including the balcony. Zero-tolerance noise policy: if management or security is required to visit you due to noise complaints or anti-social behavior, call out fees will apply. A second incidence will result in eviction without a refund.

Room access: Guests agree to grant staff, security, and emergency personnel immediate access inside the room in the event of safety concerns, noise complaints, repairs &, maintenance, suspected illegal drug use, or disruptive behavior.

No smoking. Fumigation fee will apply if smoke is detected inside the apartment.

All rubbish must be removed and cookware washed before departure. A fee will apply if the apartment requires excess cleaning.

There is a 1.8% charge when you pay by credit card.

Pros:

We were so comfortable here. Spacious with an outdoor patio. Close to main centre. Great shower, free washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen. Quiet at night. Secure underground parking

The Pool View Studio was large and clean and well set out..a lovely big Smart TV with Netflix. Jacinta is a gem as are the other staff. They work hard...thank you for a lovely stay. 🥰🌻🌻

Cons:

There is very loud construction directly in front of the resort so I had to keep my doors and windows shut during the day. This is for the owner of 18A....had I known there were no comfortable lounge chairs or a couch in the studio, I would not have booked it. This is my only criticism but please think about providing this comfort.

Great location for exploring Byron Bay
Pros:

Staff were professional and helpful, the parking on site was excellent as was access to the apartment.

Cons:

The bathroom door needs planing on the underside as it stuck on the tile floor making a very loud noise and was difficult to close. The room was in need of decorating e.g doors marked and in need of refurb, (painting), old drill holes on bathroom wall.
Finally, the sound pricing is questionable as we were disturbed by other residents drinking and being quite boisterous, this wouldn't have been an issues other than one of the awesome in the middle of the night vomiting and making quite the noise.
We left the premises at 630am as we had been awake for hours.
