Pros:

Sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und geräumig. Ausgesprochen nettes Personal.

Cons:

Je nach Plänen ist die Lage mit dem Tram-Unterbruch zum HB nicht ideal. Aber auch die Baustelle geht vorbei, dann wäre die Lage super.

Great stay for families with kids
Pros:

Great stay for families with kids. The rooms are exceptionally well adapted for family travel with separate bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and excellent soundproofing. The location is relatively convenient overall, although if you are traveling with children and heavy luggage, taking a taxi is recommended as walking takes about 15 to 20 minutes.

Cons:

The only minor downside was that no laundry detergent was provided for the washing machine, or at least we couldn't find any, though we ended up not needing to use it anyway.
