Ficaria outra vez com certeza
Pros:

Ficamos em um quarto com uma vista maravilhosa do Rio, tudo impecável, café da manhã maravilhoso. Nao é no meio da muvuca mas tem transporte praticamente na frente do hotel e para ir aos principais pontos turísticos uma breve caminhada de 10 minutos.

Excellent choice for families, close to train station, great breakfast and incredible staff!
Pros:

Breakfast in the room was very convenient with a good selection. Rooms were spotless and space was good for a family of 4. I wish there was an additional bed versus two small twins, but we made it work. We did experience a facility issue and the staff offered to move our room but we declined due to not wanting to pack up and move since we were there for just a few nights. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I can't stress enough how incredibly kind and considerate the staff was. We were also about a 10 min walk from the main train station so very convenient. We loved our stay.

Cons:

The configuration of beds in the room but aside from that, everything was wonderful.

Pros:

The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk from the HB. The room was very clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, the a/c worked well, and the washing machine made an extended stay quite easy. We’d stay there again.

Fabulous. Family of 5 with teens.
Pros:

Family, 2 adults with 3 teenagers. Fantastic location and amenities. Blocks away from the train station and swimming in the river. Air Conditioning was a life saver in the heat wave with warm showers, firm pressure, with washer/dryer combo and kitchen. Everything we needed. We loved staying here. Great place to relax and home base for exploring the city and the region.

Excellent Stay in Zurich!
Pros:

Excellent apartment hotel in the heart of Zurich. We had a two bedroom apartment which was comfortable for four adults. The room was spotless and housekeeping was excellent. The morning breakfast brought to your room was delicious with plenty of variety. The location was fantastic in a quiet neighborhood right near a tram station only two stops from Zurich HB.

Stay Of Family Of Five
Pros:

I can not brag enough on this hotel! They were so welcoming and accommodating for my family while we stayed in Zurich. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. The hotel was also in a great location.
