Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, nos organizaron para nuestra luna de miel, la comida estaba muy rica en los diferentes restaurantes, y la vista a la playa es espectacular. El lugar con relación al precio esta bien, bien ubicado.

Cons:

Hotel Maya las instalaciones son viejas, nuestro baño tenía una filtración que siempre tenía agua en el piso, se informó pero no se gestiono. Las camas son super suaves, se recomienda tener algo mas intermedio.

La playa, la piscina. El detalle que tuvieron de nuestro cumpleaños nos envíaron pastel y decoraron con globos nuestro cuarto. El trato del personal, en especial la recepcionista Yeing, muy linda.

Pros:

El buffet era muy bueno, la habitación era muy cómoda y tenía una vista espectacular. Con total seguridad, en un próximo viaje nos volveremos a alojar aquí.

La ubicación es un sueño, es lo mejor que tiene y el personal es muy atento, calidad precio es aceptable

Las habitaciones están con una buena falta de reforma y comida es regular, el restaurante a la carta es lo que tiene un pase, pero es aceptable, pero recalcó que no se puede pretender pagar el poco dinero que pagamos para obtener un 5****, aceptamos las incomodadas esas por el precio que pagamos, para un par de noches no está mal, mas no, la verdad…
