I was very upset and disappointed that the pool was green and unusable.
Pros:

The staff was clueless about the renovation and why we were not informed but they were very friendly.

Cons:

We weren't informed that renovations would be happening, or we would have chosen a different hotel. The Pool was green and we had to find someone to let us into the pool area just so we could sit at the tables. I definitely would not have chosen this hotel if I had known there was no pool. The internet was spotty due to renovations, the fitness room was shut down, and the phone didn't work, so I couldn't even call the front desk
I understand renovations are sometimes necessary, but I should have been made aware of this so I could have chosen differently.

Cons:

They are doing construction and I called three times to confirm the room that I needed for my mother who was handicap and when I showed up, they didn’t have those rooms available due to. They’ve been under construction for a month and they should’ve told me that on the phone and never did they kept confirming my reservation was good and I had the room

Room was large.

Cons:

Breakfast room was closed for renovation. Temporary breakfast area to pick up food was abysmal for food choices with most trays empty… a far cry from the “excellent breakfast “ described.

Cons:

Part of this location was under renovation which really wasn't too disruptive. Beware of the elevators. The rear doors used by cleaning crew and staff randomly opened without pressing buttons.

We saw that we had an ants on our room and they offered to change our room, even though the room that we got switched to a smaller it was still accommodatable for what I needed. It’s no extra charge.

It was dirty. We were put in one room and had to change rooms because of mold and cigarette smoke smell, and then the second room had dirty shower, unclean bedding which had to be changed out

Poor no dining room

Cons:

Lack of information concerning pet charges and being charged $81.00 at check in. I would not have booked this hotel had I known that this was the charge for my 6lb Yorkie. You need to be upfront with the pet charges.
