Неприемливо отношение на персонала
Pros:

Централно местоположение, близо до метро / 5м./, чисто, в малко пространство - всичко необходимо. Закуската беше хубава и разнообразна. На разположение безплатно кафе и чай. Възползвахме се от сауната в съседния хотел.

Cons:

Прекрасното впечатление от всичко се помрачи от една безотговорност последния ден. Беше ни обещано / от трима служители на рецепцията/ , че закуската последният ден ще ни бъде подготвена като "суха храна" поради ранният ни полет. Да, но нямаше такава - и на рецепцията в нашия хотел, нито в съседния/ единия служител каза, че ще го получим от там/. Не става въпрос за храната - става въпрос за отношението и доверието. Разочаровани сме!

Fantastisches Frühstücksbuffet. Kleines Zimmer, aber tiptop sauber!

Cons:

Die Dusche hat keine Abtrennung. Wenn man duscht steht das ganze Bad unter Wasser und es gab leider keinen Abzieher.

Pros:

the bed comfortable and clean, breakfast are so good and location near train station. Staff are so nice. they are always smile and help me everything that I need.

Cons:

Small room for women with backpack is good, I have luggage 24'' when I opened that hard a little. Has no elevator for this room type

Pros:

La chambre dans une cave voutée. Pouvoir arriver au delà de minuit. Le petit déjeuner du matin est excellent et complet.

Cons:

Une seule douche de disponible à l’extérieur et très petite.

Tiny room with no windows could definitely use better lighting. Breakfast was underwhelming, eggs and bacon was bad. Not clean room
