We had a great stay during our recent visit to Pantages hotel. This was our second stay here, and we chose it again because we fully enjoyed our experience the first time.
The hotel is in a central location, very close to the main shopping center, It has its own restaurant. There are many other dining options nearby. We liked having a laundry and a dryer machine in our room, which was very convenient during our stay.
There was an unexpected issue with the hot water during our stay, and we had to take cold showers. But the hotel management was kind enough and offered a complimentary breakfast voucher to us. This was very nice of them. We enjoyed our breakfast, which was well prepared and nicely served.
The room was clean, comfortable, and had its own charm. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They also had a storage room where we were able to keep our luggage since we arrived before check-in time. The hotel now works with Air Canada miles program and you are able to earn a few miles when staying at Pantages hotel.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Toronto. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

this is our third time staying at the pantages and we love it here! the staff is always very friendly and accommodating! the location is great for all our vacation events! easton’s centre and the ttc to union centre etc. would highly recommend this hotel! shout out to james who checked us in!

Had a great 2 night stay at this hotel. It was easy to check in. Room was clean and comfortable. It was a good size room and bed. Would stay again. Love the diner right next door.

Great location for exploring downtown Toronto, 2 minutes walk to the nearest subway entrance. Theatre close by was a bonus.
Reception and bar staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Food and drinks in the bar were good, not a huge menu but what was there was very good and presented well. Room was larger than expected and clean. Nice large comfortable bed.

Location is excellent!

The hotel is lovely. Great location. Nice roomy rooms. Super shower. Nice decor. Good food. But what this hotel gets absolutely spot-on is the personal touch. They knew my name. Knew it was my mum's bday. Often wished her a happy birthday even after check out when we came to fetch our bags. Made her feel like a million bucks. And that's worth everything. I will be back and I will tell everyone.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Very quiet. Super friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant was delicious- we had breakfast and it was so good! Ideal location just steps away from Massey hall and eaton centre. Would definitely stay again!

The experience has been amazing the staff is amazing, we have had a great experience and the hotel was lovely, staff took time out to talk to us and looked after us while we stayed there and we have a great honeymoon, all staff are great but we have made a friends for life and thats James and paul😀

Just around the corner from Massey Hall and a nice walk to Scotiabank arena. Close to so much, I worked out of my room for 3 days, it was perfect. Staff were all lovely.

We had a wonderful stay at Pantages Hotel in Toronto. The location was perfect as it was close to great restaurants, shopping, and everything we wanted to explore downtown. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and stylish, with a relaxing atmosphere that made our visit feel special.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which really added to the experience. Our room was spacious, well-kept, and very comfortable. We would happily stay here again and would recommend Pantages Hotel to anyone visiting Toronto.

We recently stayed at the Pantages Hotel in Toronto and thought it was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is in a fantastic downtown location, close to everything, and the room was absolutely top notch — modern, spotless, comfortable, and very quiet.
A special mention has to go to James the concierge, who really made our stay even better. He was extremely welcoming from the moment we arrived, took the time to explain everything about the hotel, recommended some great places to eat, and even booked taxis for us when needed.
When our flight was rescheduled to later in the day, James kindly arranged an extended checkout time for us, which took a lot of stress away. He also organised our taxi to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and his excellent customer service really stood out.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Pantages Hotel to anyone visiting Toronto.

Great location close to Subway and shops. Staff were great would stay here again!

Well located, clean, wonderfully comfortable beds and linens but the icing on the cake was Pella. We were having a family reunion, three siblings and our spouses. Pella ensured our experience was precious, unforgettable, and truly perfect! She went way above and beyond. We would absolutely return!!! Paul the concierge was also extremely helpful. An excellent stay!
