Pros:

Location was good, close to trolley stops and walkable to downtown. Rooms seemed updated and modern.

Cons:

Lobby seems outdated. Being asked to keep hotel room keys away from phone and credit cards was hard.

3-star hotel, poor privacy, and room access
Pros:

The location of the hotel was convenient, and they did honor my request for a specific room location and clean.

Cons:

Out of the three staff members I had contact with, only one was friendly—the others were not welcoming at all. My room key failed almost every single time I tried to unlock the door. It took multiple attempts of sliding it in and out just to get inside. I had to go back to the front desk to get it reset because the check-in agent hadn't paid attention to my correct check-out date.
