Roaches
Pros:

Floor extremely dirty and small roaches in bathroom and by ac. AC was cold . Shower was hot. Location was great....but it hard to get past uncleanness

Before this stay I would book Wyndham without a second thought, now I will have to do my research v
Cons:

The looks outside the building are horrible. Really needs work and tidying up. It looks scary. Inside the room smelled musky and the 3 lamps in the room were incredibly nasty, from the base to the lamp shades. Thank God the bed sheets looked clean and the bathroom/sink area were pretty clean. Floors looked clean as well.
Front desk clerk was polite and informative.
It just fell short of being a Wyndham property in my opinion.

Photos are misleading
Pros:

The location is near the Old Town Trolley.

Cons:

This hotel DOES NOT look like the photos shown here. These photos must be old because the buildings are now painted blue and in very bad condition. The photos are misleading. I was able to cancel my reservation, so I cannot comment on the inside of the rooms.

Location and cleaning staff

Cons:

Tiny small square pillows. Refrigerator kept things chilled but not cold. I had great difficulty getting into the room. Went to front desk three times and told them the card would not open the door. She said the card should not be kept Bear any electronics. It wasn’t. It was like I was a bother to her. Finally after getting new cards (which didn’t work) one of the workers realized the battery was dead in the lock. She put new batteries in it. And the kicker was I killed two roaches. The pool was very clean.
