Ghetto motel

Cons:

TV had black lines through it , one of the cleaning crew tried to enter our room at 5pm while my step daughter was in the shower by herself in the room, the African American house keepers are rude and will not say excuse me when they walk right into you and then block the exits with there cleaning carts and stand there on there cell phones and act like you don't need to get by them. Drug dealing in parking lot, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

I won’t be back treated different bc of my race

Cons:

I walked in from a beach day 20 minutes early was told very nasty that I couldn’t be in a swimsuit in lobby. Kids couldn’t swim while waiting 20 minutes. The catch is a lady of a different race came and checked in *IN A SWIMSUIT!!!! but I was forced to leave the lobby and find clothes. I could understand if I had on thongs or something cheeky but my bottoms fully covered my but and stomach! The other lady had way more showing. Again very rude checking me in. I was also told that our two room would somewhat be close together. We couldn’t even see bc my “ kids” were put on the complete other side. Other than the woman being rude just bc I’m white the room was good.

Close to attractions but staff should answer texts if they tell you they will answer texts. They should place more toile

Great customer service

made the difference in this hotel. I lived out of hotels for most of over 20 years for work
We got locked out of our room. The door lock would not cooperate Jeffery after the usual attempts he eventually got in. Most people would have said we're gonna get you another room, but my wife has some medical issues respiratory ones, moving is not my best option. With my years of experience at hotels this is what would have happened and the door delt with later, but a man willing to do what the customers needed installed a new door handle and lock for us with a smile on his face. People like Jeffery make or break a place. The other employees were good also but Jeffery exceeded my expectations which is hard to do and I appreciate he did.
