Not bad..
Pros:

Location of the hotel, 11o'clock check out, breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Size of the bathroom was small. Size of the shower is tiny, No fan in the bathroom.

Very disappointing
Pros:

Location was convenient

Cons:

No main overhead lights in the room. We were provided 3 lamps for lighting and only 1 worked! We moved the lamps to different PowerPoints and then they still only worked intermittently.
Many PowerPoints don’t work as our phones didn’t charge either.
Only one of our room keys worked to access the door, this was a bit frustrating also.
No exhaust fan in the bathroom was also a noticeable issue.

Excellent location, clean. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Limited hot water; room listing did not detail that parking was a separate charge, which was considerably expensive for how awkward it is to access and use. Very dated. Beds very soft.

Cheap average stay in Hobart CBD
Pros:

Good location, quick stroll to the waterfront and the Salamanca markets

Cons:

I guess it is affordable so probably just meets my expectations of it - compact room, average welcome from the staff on check in, room was a bit dusty, shower and bathroom door looked like it has seen better days and should be replaced

Great price, location, room needs a deep clean.
Pros:

The location was amazing, really happy with that. Room was great. Comfortable bed. Heater. Great for price

Cons:

Carpets were disgusting, dirt all over them. The carpet is light grey so it was soo easy to see how disgusting they were. We could hear the bathroom systems from the other rooms. So loud!
