Convenient for one night stay to be near the beach if you visiting pleasure pier as well which is why I chose it.
Pros:

It was literally across the street from the beach

Cons:

Since is a little old and run down it was a very distinct old odor around the halls like wet smell pretty much.

Except for the location, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. The reception staff were not helpful and, in some cases, not respectful. The rooms were not clean, and there was a serious issue with water coming up from the floor. Despite reporting the problem, no one provided proper assistance or took effective action to resolve it. Imagine paying to stay in a room where the entire floor is flooded with water.

The breakfast was also disappointing, and the dining area was too small. We had to wait several minutes for our turn just to find a place to sit.

The location was awesome

Cons:

The beef was sleeping on springs, completely wore out, no facecloths available no blanket for the bed, peeling paint in the hallway, when we asked for the items we were told they did not have anymore

I am disappointed. I left my wedding rings in the room. Staff stated they could not find them.

Cons:

The eggs were not real - perhaps they were liquid eggs in a box. Provide non-pork protein items. Not everyone eats pork.

Nada yo pedí en mi reserva una habitación con balcón y no me la pusieron asi y tuve que pagar 80 dolares de más el primer día por una habitación con balcon y el segundo 73 dolares yo no recomiendo el hotel
