Great value, service and friendly personnel.
Pros:

Breakfast was great and there was fresh food refilled constantly. Front desk personnel were friendly and professional. The pool was cleaned every morning and towels were provided as needed. Our room was clean and cool! This was our second stay over the last 4 years and we look forward to coming back.

Cons:

When we arrived, the elevators were down and for an older adult it was difficult to navigate up 3 flights and down again several times. I was glad my husband didn't attend becuase we would have needed to find another hotel. I guess going forward, I will request ground floors.

Room was suppose to have two queen beds it had two tiny full size beds .pictures of property online looked better than in real life pool is so small . Pool had people drinking and eating in pool / hot tub people were having loud music and staff did nothing about it . The quest here do whatever they want with no rules . It’s very ghetto with no class here at all . Also cherry on top found a roach by the trash can so will never ever be back here .
