Pros:

Le parking gratuit devant l'hôtel, l'amabilité et l'esprit de service du personnel (accueil, service de nettoyage)

Cons:

Nous avions demandé un lit parapluie pour notre fille et lors de notre arrivée, le personnel à l'accueil nous a annoncé qu'il n'y en avait plus de dispo... Nous avons un peu insisté et finalement, il a pu faire rapatrier un lit parapluie d'un autre hôtel de la Chaîne d'établissement.

Lage optimal, Hotel geht durch, Preis-Leistung nicht in Ordnung.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, man kann zu Fuss nach Voorschoten und Leiden.

Cons:

Unzureichende Information und Kommunikation durch das Personal schon beim Einchecken. Wenn man nicht weiss, dass die Zimmer nur auf Anfrage gereinigt werden, versteht man das nicht. Gebrauchte Handtücher werden dann zwar abgeholt aber nicht mehr erneuert.

Das Hotel sollte grundlegend renoviert werden.
Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist zu klein. Man stösst sich beim Zähneputzen am Waschtisch den Kopf an der Ablage. Im kleinen Waschbecken kann man sich gerade die Hände waschen. Ich bin ca. 1,85m.
Das WC ist viel zu tief montiert. Der WC Sitz ist der billigste WC Sitz, den es gibt und fällt jeden Moment auseinander.
Die Dusche ist zu klein für Menschen, die einen BMI > 20 haben.
2 Steckdosen im Raum an der WC Aussenwand: Keine Steckdosen am Bett. Keine USB Steckdosen im Zimmer.
Keine Ablagemöglichkeit für den Koffer. Die Möbel sind aus unterschiedlichen "Epochen" zusammengestellt.
Das Zimmer/Badezimmer wird aus "Umweltgründen" nur auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption gereinigt. Dies gilt ebenfalls für den Tausch der Handtücher, etc...
Die roten Vorhänge und roten Einrichtungsgegenstände im Zimmer deuten eher auf ein "Etablissement" hin.
Man könte noch mehr schreiben, aber ich glaube dies ist schon aussagekräftig genug.
Sorry, aber der Zimmerpreis ist bezogen auf das Zimmer absolut überteuert und lange in die "Jahre" gekommen.

Okay, but not worth the price asked
Pros:

Room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Staff were attentive and pleasant. Easy to get local busses very close by the hotel.

Cons:

The bed was almost ridiculously soft. The bathroom was clean, but the shower stall was barely big enough to turn around in. Given what I paid (almost €200 a night) I expected more. Not bad, but not great. Probably wouldn't stay there again, especially not at that price.

Izba bola čistá.

Cons:

Chýbala mi tam konvica na caj, je tam sice kavovar no bohuzial, voda na caj sa neda zrobit.
Velmi makky matrac nieje tiez ziadna vyhra na chrbticu.
