Dicht bij werk en prima kamer maar de rest is toe aan upgrade

Niet voor herhaling
Pros:

Toen we er verbleven was een grote bouwput. Je komt aan met de auto en het ziet er ook echt uit als een grote bouwput. De ingang is een bouwkeet. Ik snap niet dat ze dit niet vermelden op hun site en ook de volle prijs durven te vragen. Overal bouwstof. Ik ben er van overtuigd dat ze er iets moois van gaan maken maar mijn advies check hotel over een jaar misschien is het dan klaar.

Cons:

Je betaald de volledige bedrag terwijl het een grote bouwput is.

Dordrecht is een mooie stad
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamer met mooi zicht. Ruime badkamer. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Cons:

Moeilijk te bereiken en niet goed aangeduid hoe de receptie te bereiken ( met de fiets) Geen stalling voor de fietsen. Wel nog een ruwbouw door de verbouwingswerken maar toch mooi opgelost.

Geen aanrader
Pros:

De kamer was netjes en bed lag goed.

Cons:

Er werd verbouwd en dat stond niet bij de boeking en de prijs is er niet op aangepast. Het was even schrikken bij aankomst in een bouwkeet. Ze hebben geprobeerd om er wat van te maken, maar je hoort dit gewoon te melden voordat iemand boekt.

Door de verbouwing was de lift erg vies en werd niet schoongemaakt. Het ontbijt was, op het verse eitje dat voor je wordt gebakken na, karig en de koffie was vies. Beleg ligt open en bloot croissants zijn taai.

Betaling ging ook mis, ik had al betaald en alsnog hebben ze het een tweede keer afgeschreven, gelukkig zagen we het, het geld hebben we 2 dagen later terug ontvangen.

Ik zou er niet nog eens overnachten.

Teleurstellend in 1 woord.
Pros:

Er was niets te eten, zogenaamd de oven defect. 2 van de 3 bedienende mensen waren onduidelijk hierover. Eten besteld, dat niet kwam. Gewoon slecht.

Cons:

Er was een verbouwing gaande.
Op voorhand op de hoogte stellen, zodat we een ander hotel konden boeken.
