It is a great location. Breakfast was good. But only the rooms are too small.

Pros:

場所は、今回の滞在にはとても良かったです。

Cons:

どうしようもないことですが、外観はしっかりした建物に見えましたが、内観があまりに古くて、流石にちょっと厳しいなと感じました。

換気だけしたくても，できない。温度調整がしにくい。明け方は15℃近くでも冷房一択。窓も開けられず、温度調整が難しかった。

ホテルのスタッフの方も対応良かったですので、また広島に来たら泊まりたいと思います。
Pros:

私は、起きるのが遅く朝食を食べることができませんでしたが、一緒に来ている同僚3名は口をそろえて
良かったと申しておりました。
部屋の大きさも、少しゆとりもありゆっくりとくつろぎました。
少し内装は年期が入っておりますが、掃除などは清潔にされておられるので、い心地は良かったです。
ありがとうございました。

建物自体少し年期が入っていた。新しい感が感じられなかった。
洗面器もきれいにしているのだが、ところどころ剥げていたりで、清潔に掃除はしているように見えるが、
見た目はきれいに見えないのが損をしているというか残念でした。

Not perfect, but good.
Pros:

Good location. Cheap. Kind and helpful staff.

Cons:

There’s problem with air conditioning. Simply put: you can’t set it to cooling or heating. It’s set by hotel staff. When I was there it was rainy day, a little cold, but information in elevator said it’s set to cooling cause the day is warm. That’s a real downside.
Also amenities such as shaver or comb etc are not hidden but also not super visible.
