朝食がおいしかったし、市内中心部という立地もあり、満足のいく宿泊になった。
Pros:

朝食は、宿泊費に対して大変コスパが良いと思う。また、フロント、朝食会場とも接客対応が良く、ロケーション含め快適に過ごせた。感謝します。

Cons:

あえて言うと、この酷暑の中なので、チェックアウト時にもレモン水の提供があれば嬉しく感じる。あと、不満というほどではないがバスタオルとフェイスタオルは、同じ場所にある方がわかりやすい。

満足です
Pros:

スタッフの方々がとても笑顔で気持ちよかったです。
そして、立地条件も良くて、横にコンビニもあって、とにかく便利でした。

Cons:

施設は新しいとは言えません。

仕事で連泊するため利用させて頂きました。
フロントにいらっしゃるスタッフさんがどの方も本当に親切で、荷物の配送依頼をお願いしたり、分からないことがあってお尋ねした時に丁寧にご対応下さり、とても助かりました。
また、ご迷惑をお掛けしてしまうと思いつつ急用で清掃中に部屋に戻った際、清掃のスタッフの方にも快くご対応いただきました。
また広島に行く際は利用させて頂きたいと思います。

しいて言えばですが、ホテル自体が古いのでお部屋や設備もそれ相応という感じではあります。
ですが主要な場所への行き易さなどコスパを考えると気になるほどではないかなと思います。
