Perfect stay a block off of mainstreet and in the center of town. Walkable in every direction!
Pros:

The room was great, beds were very comfortable. The kitchenette and amenities were over the top - plates, cups, silverware etc.

We picked this hotel/resort because its location and walking only 1 block from the Main Street.

Great deal for a fantastic location.
Pros:

Location was fantastic and we got a really good price for our stay. The studio was spacious and well-equipped. We also enjoyed having the hot tubs right off our back patio.

Cons:

There were bright lights outside of the window that were on all night- would have been nice to have blackout curtains. It was also quite warm without AC, but we realized at checkout we could have requested a swamp cooler from the front desk. That's our fault for not reading all of the welcome paperwork! Also, note that the pool is closed for renovations until October 2026, but they mentioned that we could get a voucher to use the Breckenridge REC center pool while theirs is closed.

Great Location but uncomfortable stay.
Pros:

The location was very convenient as it was very close to Main Street.

Cons:

The bed and the Pillows were uncomfortable. The Hotel offers bare minimum amenities. The room on the third floor was very Hot making it difficult to sleep. Some of the staff had incorrect Knowledge of shuttles and buses.

Elizabeth was cheerful and extremely helpful! As was the rest of the staff, I came in contact with.

Right on the Riverwalk. Short walk to restaurants and Starbucks.

Cons:

Nothing I Didn’t like. However coming from the Midwest I am used to having Air Conditioning. I did utilize a box fan and open screened windows.

Not a good value.
Pros:

Location was very close to Main Street.

Cons:

Very old in the room. No updates . Room smelled of cigarette smoke and the security bar on the sliding glass door was broken. Furniture appeared to be from the turn of the century.
