Sehr freundliches Personal, perfekte Lage in der Innenstadt, gute Tiefgarage, guter Preis zur Sommerzeit

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer. Es war unfassbar warm trotz offener Fenster - dadurch war es auch noch sehr laut - von Fluss und Straßenverkehr. Haben kaum geschlafen.

Conveniently located near main st and free private parking under the building.

Cons:

The apartment was so hot and stuffy. No AC. They did provide a box fan upstairs and had a skylight window that we cranked open a little. No other windows in the bedroom. Disappointing there were no views or anything but got the job done, rest for the night and back on the road. The bed was also very uncomfortable but again, got the job done. Didn’t match the photo on booking.com. The images show a door off the living room and a bedroom right there. This room had steep carpeted stairs that went up to a bedroom. I was on constant edge because I have 2 toddlers that wouldn’t stay off the stairs and I had to constantly walk after there to ensure they didn’t fall down the stairs.

Excelente hotel con personal amable y en una buena localización de las góndolas y la vía principal.
Pros:

El servicio a la llegada y el personal fue muy amable. Necesitaba una aspiradora para mi equipaje y me la prestaron sin problema. Lograron cumplir todas mis expectativas. Muy buen hotel y buena ubicación.

Great room and friendly staff.
Pros:

Location is perfect for skiing, and enjoying the town without having to drive. The one bedroom room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The first night was difficult because the heating system was not working. But the staff more than made up for this by upgrading us and making sure we were taken care of.
