Pros:

I like the hotel had a small shop in the lobby to get quick meals and coffee.The staff was friendly and cordial

Cons:

Internet connectivity was a problem for first few days I stayed; When I showered the water from shower would go to toilet as they were attached;The hotel was okay but having seen other Avani branches I was a bit disappointed in the interior design.Maybe this was more for business travel and not like other luxury Avani's I have seen.

I will be visiting Gaborone again because of Avani hospitality
Pros:

Close to the stadium, great garden view and not far from the airport

Cons:

The staff are friendly and helpful, special mention to Lilly at the reception , porters, restaurant staff , the shuttle drivers etc

All in all its was good I want to come again so that I get to enjoy it a little bit more
Pros:

The space for dinning is nice and peaceful it was great.

Cons:

I didn't enjoy breakfast cause plates were not easily accessible

We enjoyed our stay, the staff is very friendly and helpful at all times.
Pros:

Easily accessible around all major attractions

Cons:

To get hot water in our room we had to run the tap for a long time, it felt like we are wasting water just to get it hot 🤦🏽‍♀️

Not happy
Pros:

They charged an extra amount above what Booking.com had said. Claiming that the booking.com amount did not have taxes included. I questioned and told them would raise the issue

Cons:

I felt cheated. I use booking.com in many countries but this was new

Pros:

Conferencing team lead by Kenanao were great. Good food, service and very organized. The team did not hesitate to accommodate our last minute requests and were present throughout the course of the conference to ensure we had all we needed. Great service! Conny, Marleen and Dineo in reception were helpful and welcoming, efficient and friendly on arrival and at check-out.
