Es war alles in allem okay aber durch aus verbesserungsbedürftig
Cons:

Die Betten wurden während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gemacht und das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt! Tiefgarage ist zu eng, dafür ist der Preis zu hoch!

Waardeloos want mijn kamers waren onterecht geannuleerd.

Ik had voor twee nachten twee kamers geboekt via Booking.com. Vanwege de hitte in Berlijn hebben we besloten een dag later te komen. Ik heb hierover contact gehad met het hotel en laten weten de eerste nacht ws niet te komen maar de tweede nacht zeker wel. Ik heb expliciet aangegeven de boeking niet te annuleren. Bij aankomst bleek dat beide kamers vanwege een no show voor beide nachten geannuleerd waren. Het geld was ik kwijt. Ik kon alleen een kamer voor twee personen krijgen waarvoor ik opnieuw moest betalen, de hoofdprijs. Een matras voor de derde persoon was niet mogelijk. Meneer kon mij verder niet helpen en verwees mij door naar Booking.com. Ik heb ondanks mijn verzoek geen enkele hulp gekregen of erkenning voor het feit dat dit heel vervelend is ontvangen. Ik heb door de onterechte annulering uiteindelijk bij een ander hotel een kamer moeten boeken.

Miscverstanden kunnen gebeuren en fouten worden gemaakt maar om zo met klanten om te gaan is schandalig.

Ook van Booking.com nog niets vernomen. Er zou, na het sturen van een bericht over het voorval, binnen 24 uur contact met mij opgenomen worden. Helaas ...

Świetna lokalizacja. Blisko stacji metra.

Cons:

Dosyć głośno. Przy zamkniętym oknie bardzo słychać samochody. Po rozsunięciu łóżek straszny brud. Nie było odkurzane bardzo dawno. Śniadania bardzo skromne.

Hotel: Very clean with stable Wi-Fi, smooth and quick check-in/out, and reception coffee available even without breakfast booking. Availability to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out with no extra fees.

Room: Super clean, quiet, and excellently air-conditioned.

Location: Great access to public transport, especially the U-Bahn.

Staff: Incredibly helpful, welcoming, and friendly.

Cons:

An in-room water boiler would have been a great addition.

It was fine, not more than that.
Pros:

Breakfast was very poor. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff very freindly. Location is a little outside the cenret.

Cons:

The design and decor are very old and was not updated for a long time. The place looks old and tiered.

Badezimmer super und modern. Viele Restaurants drum herum. Gute Lage. Frühstück okay.

Cons:

Zimmer zur Brandenburger Straße sind sehr laut. Wenig Platz für Ablagen oder Schrank, bei einem 5-tägigen Aufenthalt etwas störend, aber bei solchen Budget-Hotels üblich. Tiefgarage nur etwas für Menschen mit kleinen Autos und starken Nerven, mega-verwinkelt. Preis wurde aber anstandslos erstattet.
