Very accommodating, clean and friendly.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. Great variety! The staff were very friendly and attentive to details. Everything was very clean.

Cons:

The sofa bed was not comfortable to sit on. Too deep and firm. The AC unit was also quite loud when running. We would have appreciated a small freezer compartment on the refrigerator for our ice pack.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Everything was clean. I like that the pool stays open until 11pm and that check out isn't until noon, makes it nice to be able to sleep in and not have to rush to get check out on time.

Cons:

Location was a little tricky for GPS. Run us around a little bit until i figured out it was same parking lot as texas roadhouse then i knew where to go.

Nice layout in the suite and if the issues we encountered were fixed, would consider again.
Pros:

Suite size, quiet and parking good.

Cons:

Poor, under cooked meats, same menu, almost,daily. Room coffee very poor, room not clean,floor looked like never vacuumed, door missing from microwave cabinet, lighting poor also, could not read in living part of suite due to lights. Water pressure in bathroom sink non existent yet shower and bar sink fine.Sink stopper did not work. Front desk associates continually contradicted each other on statements to me, An example, I asked, why no shower mat as shower floor was slippery. Told had to request one. I said ok, went back later, asked for one and now told by a different associate,we don't issue or have in our supply. Mentioned how slippery floor was, maintenance man in the area commented, we should probably add to our list.

Pros:

Rooms are spacious, clean , and very nice for visitors. Beds are comfortable

Cons:

The shower was difficult to turn on & off and the pool was very dirty . The rest of the facility was very clean.

I asked the front desk to clean my room and it wasn't done either.
Pros:

breakfast was good.

Cons:

Springhill charged my card on file an extra room I did not request. When I confronted the front desk about it, they were rude to me. I want a refund for the extra room, Springhill in Billings, Mt charged me. I am disputing this. I will not be staying at Springhill in Billing, Mt again.
