We enjoyed our stay, it was warm, cosy, beds were comfortable, showers were really nice.
Pros:

It was within walking distance to what we wanted to do. So very convenient for us.

Cons:

The taps were very hard to open and close and to regulate the temperature of water.

Location great! Beautiful view from out room.

Cons:

Shower was either way to hot or way to cold. Couldn't get it a happy medium.

Had to return keys down to reception at 10 am but that involves a walk then had to return back up for activities. A drop off box or person up the top collecti g between 9 and 10.15 would be handy.

Great place to stay and would stay again.
Pros:

Fantastic location. You can walk to the river cruise terminal, cataract gorge walk, zigzag walk (very steep). Art gallery and lots of restaurants.
We stayed in the olde restored buildings and it was great. They had ensuites which are a bit dated now but I’m impressed they had them at all for a building nearing 200years old. They have added on a lift for mobility access.

Cons:

Ensuite whilst good needs a spruce up but hey, we stayed there to feel the age of the building and we weren’t disappointed.

I feel in this day and age they are to risky for older people . Had I known I wouldn’t stay there .

A tried and trusted hotel.
Pros:

The complex is a bit quirky and fun, and the room was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. Each bedroom had a heater and the beds were comfy. Everything was squeaky clean and our room was quiet. Good quality WiFi.

Cons:

No major inconveniences, just the room is a bit dated, and the floorboards upstairs creaked a lot. The lounge was a bit worn and uncomfortable and the fridge was noisy.
