Location, room was large, room was clean.
Windows, felt dark all the time. Floor was very squeaky
The room was comfortable, quiet and fairly well equipped.
The position was good.
The app to access the building and the room was easy enough to use.
Housekeeping is the only sore point.
The people servicing the room overlooked many things (e.g.restocking the tea and coffee)and the room was never properly cleaned during our 6 night stay. Just bed and towels.
There are also some discrepancies between the info provided on the app and what reception told us in person or through direct messaging:
the app stated rooms were serviced every day from 8.00 to 14.00, except Sunday. The reception told us the rooms were also serviced on Sunday and from the afternoon, which meant never before 16.00
Great location, clean rooms.
The king deluxe was rather dark, not enough lighting.

Fantastic location, very close to Kings Cross station. Lovely staff! Loved the key card app removing the need for plastic keys!
The duvet wasn't the best, and the bed linen was a little crinkly. But that was about it really!
