Pros:

I like how it is located near groceries, cafes/restaurants, and the train station.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Though it's not much of a problem, the stairs at the entrance made it a bit hard to carry our luggage. The staff offered to help us, which was nice.

整體來說中上程度的住宿。
Pros:

住宿地點離國王十字站非常的近，走路到新南威爾美術館也不遠，整理來說交通非常的方便。房間也很乾淨，雖然沒有很大但行李打開是沒問題的。衛浴設施非常的簡約設計，算是小而美。木頭地板看起來很有歷史，走路會有聲音，但隔音很好完全聽不到隔壁房或樓上的任何聲音。

Cons:

第一天的櫃檯服務人員顧著說自己的，也沒在管客人聽不聽得懂，感覺沒什麼耐性，也許站了一天心情不太好。電梯不夠大，大概一組客人加兩個行李箱就客滿了。房間裡面沒有桌子是也一個缺點，買東西回來吃或者是要放電腦，得要在房間裡面再另外找空間放。

My home away from home.
Pros:

Location. Close to all amenities, train & bus.
Very comfortable bed & pillows. Loved having an upgrade.
Very friendly staff.

Cons:

No bench in the bathroom.

Overall like the vibes of the hotel and location, but not a big fan of King cross vibes.
Pros:

I like the strategic location. Very close to the station, groceries , foods and cafe. The room itself was great, I got upgraded to bigger room and very spacious. Bed was very comfy with the pillows were great.

Cons:

In terms of location, even though it is very strategic, I am still not a fan of King cross vibes. For the hotel room, Big minus would be the thin wall, Not sure if it only applies on the room I stayed, but I could easily hear noises outside my room and surrounding sound.

Ik werd erg warm ontvangen door Petra die alle dagen met een glimlach voor een praatje klaarstond. Een zeer fijne hostess!
