A fantastic one night stay.
Pros:

We had a staycation and dropped our luggage in early. We were able to get an early check-in and the reception staff was amazing.

Cons:

Room was ok. But I’d prefer to be told I’m being given an accessible room (I don’t need one) as I don’t like the shower.
The people next door were disruptive. Handled well by the hotel but not a great experience

Pros:

The location was excellent - within short walking distance of restaurants and the centre of town.
The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Olga went over and above to arrange to have my phone recovered from the elevator shaft after I dropped it in accidentally - over a long weekend. Thank you so much!
