Cons:

Room was ok. But I’d prefer to be told I’m being given an accessible room (I don’t need one) as I don’t like the shower.
The people next door were disruptive. Handled well by the hotel but not a great experience

Pros:

The location was excellent - within short walking distance of restaurants and the centre of town.
The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Olga went over and above to arrange to have my phone recovered from the elevator shaft after I dropped it in accidentally - over a long weekend. Thank you so much!

very enjoyable stay over all I would come back again
Pros:

the room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the location was very convenient as it was close to the places I need to visit for work.

Cons:

it could have done with a good vacuum as there was a small amount of rubbish still on the carpet looked like a section of the carpet was missed

Staff, curly hair glasses girl asked her for robes she replied they only for executive rooms i said I am in executive room in which she said well there cant be any then thats house keeping job, I thought she was absolutely rude, no attempt to help

Pros:

The staff were welcoming and efficient. Our room was spacious, warm and comfy. The bed so cosy. And, location was perfect for us. Overall, a great experience.
