De check in maakte veel goed :)
Pros:

De ligging is ideaal in het centrum De receptionist was zeer vriendelijk! Een aanwinst voor het hotel!

Cons:

Slechts 3 kanalen deden het op tv. De rest werkte niet. Er was uitzicht beloofd op Booking maar dat hadden we niet. Eerder kleine kamer met ouderwets badkamertje

Highly recommended in Utrecht
Pros:

Location is great, at the heart of Utrecht, walking distance to everywhere. Rooms are big enough, clean, and quiet. Value vs benefit fits. Receptionists were so helpful. A small breakfast but tasty. Lounge available to sit and work. Internet speed is so good. Only remark that I can make about TV. All channels were not working. Definitely worth to stay. I highly recommend, not only for business visits, also for couples and families.

Goed verblijf maar kleine dingetjes maken het minder
Pros:

Geweldige locatie in het centrum van Utrecht en mooie kamer.

Cons:

Bijna geen druk in de douche… zo weinig dat je deze eigenlijk niet kunt gebruiken. Stopcontacten die niet goed vastzitten. Het zijn kleine dingen maar wel het vermelden waard.

This property makes the difference to your Utrceht trip
Pros:

We stayed here for 3 nights during our visit to Utrecht and were really happy with our choice. The location was perfect for exploring the city. It's about an 8-minute walk from the central station, close to a shopping mall, and just a few minutes from the canals, cafés, and all the places we wanted to see.

Our room was a good size, especially compared with other hotels we've stayed at in the Netherlands. We also had a view over the square, which was a nice bonus.

We arrived from Canada after a long flight and were pretty exhausted. Dewy at the front desk checked us in, and she made the whole process quick and easy. She was friendly, answered our questions, and gave us a warm welcome, which we really appreciated after such a long journey.

Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book this hotel again when we return to Utrecht.

Pros:

Het ontbijt was uitstekend, precies genoeg.

Cons:

Bed was aan de harde kant. Raam open te veel geluid, raam dicht vervelende airco (kan ik niet zo goed tegen).
Geen koelkastje.
