Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Reasonably priced, easy access from highway and close to good restaurants.

Cons:

It was noisy. We could hear conversations from outside and the hallway.

Excellent stay
Pros:

We ended up with a room on the first floor which was a must with little kids since they love to jump and run around. we were right down the hall from the pool and a back door so we were able to park close by with easy access in and out of the building

Cons:

They filled in the hot tub with concrete so there is only the pool now

A Very Nice property to stay at.

Good hotel, poor front staff
Pros:

The hotel was really nice.

Cons:

It took 20 minutes to check in as there was no one at the front desk, people in line where mentioning that this is often the case at that hotel. I asked for a receipt and they refused to give me one, that was a first even for using booking.

I'd stay here again!
Pros:

A comfortable stay, VERY clean room and nice breakfast with lots of variety.

Staff friendly and all needs met. Would definitely stay here on next visit to the area.

Cons:

LOL- took me a few minutes to get the hot water where I wanted it in the a.m.

Didn't notice an ice bucket or look for an ice machine... but not an issue / complaint...just an observation.

this was my second stay there and the staff and cleanliness was great both times.
Pros:

breakfast was great. lots of items to choose from. hot and fresh food. very pleased with breakfast

Cons:

the air condition unit was very loud and the thermostat was difficult to use.

Superb place to stay!
Pros:

We have stayed at several Comfort Inn and this one was the best so far. Everyone was so nice and polite. The rooms were wonderful and breakfast delicious. Every staff member offered help if needed. Shanice was at the front desk when we checked out and was so sweet.

Cons:

I was assigned to a 1st floor room in the farthest wing at the very end at the back of the building next to an exit. I did NOT feel safe! I asked for another room, but apparently the property was sold out. I stayed in my room ~ 1.5 hrs to find alternative accommodations. Requested a refund and was denied. I made reservations several months ago. My reservation was for one. No solo traveler should be stuck on the 1st floor by an exit at the farthest point from the main entrance. Very inconsiderate of property that values profit over guest experience.
