Perfect
Pros:

Clean, convenient, quiet, comfy. Gas and Dunkin right nearby so we could jump back on I90!

Cons:

They said breakfast was 6-9. We woke early so we could get on the road and breakfast wasn't actually until 7. Not a huge deal but kind of inconvenient.

Pros:

I appreciated having a quiet room on the third floor, decent space, and good breakfast.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the hallways and stairs was not great. We used the EV charger and the first plug (#1526) didn't work even though it was showing as online. Fortunately another one did work.
