My stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the service was very prompt and attentive. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to assist. Overall, I had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and excellent service.

O check in tardio tivemos de esperar 30min, o ar condicionado não funciona, o ar quente do exterior era igual ao interior dos quantos apenas na recepção estava fresco, um cheiro insuportável a tinta porque estavam a pintar os tectos dos corredores, comida de péssima qualidade, hotel demasiado massificando cheio de gente, pior hotel de 5 estrelas onde estive

Está bien ubicado y muy cerca de la medina, pudimos ir caminando.
Las instalaciones y el servicio son excelentes, el bufette nos gustó mucho y sus restaurantes a la carta tienen buena comida.
Nos gustó TODO, sin duda regresaríamos.

Les prix des collations et sandwichs au pool-bar sont élevés.
La piscine et ses parties communes très agréables.Une odeur de fleur d oranger a la réception, la zone d accueil est très jolie.
Le wifi aïe aïe aïe .. rien dans les chambres et que très peu dans les parties communes.la salle de bain : une remontée d odeurs nauséabondes de la canalisation de la douche. Le personnel est intervenu et à tout mis en œuvre pour rendre le séjour agréable.le restaurant : éviter les heures de pointe, ça se bouscule au buffet, malgré un personnel très dévoué et réactif. Ceci étant le personnel et le maître d hôtel a été à l écoute de nos attentes : équipe très avenante, et ils nous ont ouvert le buffet à 5 h du matin exceptionnellement pour early Check out. Nous les remercions très vivement pour leurs attentions.
