Good base for solo traveller.
Pros:

Good location, not far from Menara Mall and the main medina square.
Very clean, and lots of shade from the sun.
Rooms clean, well appointed.
Go for a premium room with a balcony!

Cons:

The service. Very hit and miss.
Some staff seemed allergic to smiling…

L'emplacement dans l'hivernage

Cons:

Nous avons malheureusement eu une chambre où la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Il faisait 40° et 26° dans la chambre, nous avons dû changer de chambre à minuit avec un enfant. Le lit d'appoint n'était pas fait nous avons dû attendre et la chambre pas très propre .C'est un très gros hôtel, pas de charme, la musique est à fond autour de la piscine et buffet de moindre qualité pour le petit déjeuner.

Notre séjour était fantastique,grâce à l‘équipes Kenzi Roze Garden.
Pros:

Rapport qualité ,accueil chaleureux du personnel surtout Mme SAMIRA RÉCEPTION qui été à l‘écoute se qui démontre son professionnalisme .
Et au matin le sourire et le bon comportement du personnel de surtout lala amina qui nous préparer des spécialités marocaines (MSEMEN ,Harcha et
autres …).
Un grand bravo à tous les équipes de Kenzi Rose Gaeden..
