It is great value for money
Pros:

The property is located in a great place. It is pretty central but also peaceful so not much traffic on the road that it sits on. The staff are great and go extra lengths to make sure you stay is great. The grounds and swimming pool areas are great also.

Nem 5*-os szolgáltatás
Pros:

A szolgáltatások szinvonala és a személyzet hozzáállása alapján maximum 3*-os besorolást érdemelne. Ha tényleg 5*-os szolgáltatást szeretnél, válasz másik helyet.
Hogy valami pozitívat is írjak: a kert és környék szép és bizonságos, takarítás van naponta - többet is ki lehetne hozni belőle.

Cons:

Lehúzás mesterszinten! Félpanziós ellátással foglaltuk a szállást, amit előre kifizettünk. Érkezéskor simán letagadták a kifizetett vacsorát, újra ki akarták fizettetni. A foglalásról volt nálunk nyomtotott igazolás, amire azt mondták, hogy így rendben van a félpanzió, majd második napon újra közölték, hogy nem vagyunk jogosúltak a vacsorára. Újabb bizonygatás után a továbbiakban kaptunk vacsorát is. A szeméyzet nem segítőkész, látszólag nem érdekelt abban, hogy jól érezzék magukat a vendégek. Takarításnál elvitték a törölközőket, elfelejtettek újat tenni. Egy 5*-os szállodánál ezek nem elfogadhatóak. Ha Marrákesbe utazol, érdemes felkészülni erre a lehúzos mentalitásra.

Cons:

Le budget (matin) et surtout le soir ne sont pas du tout au niveau des attentes pour un 5 étoiles. Très décevant

Les restau de l’hôtel sont de mieux meilleurs qualité
La prochaine fois si nous revenons dans cet hôtel se sera pour l’hôtel sans prestation pdj ou 1/2 pension
