The service is one of the worst i ever encountered, the bar by the pool has 2 bartenders are the most grampy i ever seen in my life the pool attendant is worst then you can find in the most local cheap pools
The staff were all friendly, from cleaning staff, to reception, to breakfast, and pool staff! It was quiet with a great location, walking distance to the mall and the Medina. If you don’t fancy the walk, there were taxis right outside the hotel. The pool was great, entertainment provided for the kids, clean towels everyday. We didn’t use the Spa but the prices looked reasonable. It really was the best of both worlds; when at the hotel it felt like you were on a 5* resort holiday, but step out and walk a short distance and you’re in the thriving hub of Marrakech! Finally, the breakfast was amazing, fresh omelettes, doughnuts and more. It kept us full for most of the day!
The pool bar was a little pricey and the portions of the mocktails were not really worth it. There was also a sign that said you cannot reserve a sunbed which we respected, but we noticed that others did it anyway - they put their stuff on these before breakfast and before the pool even opened, and didn’t come until hours later. This is unfair for people who do follow the rules and then ind themselves without sunbeds. Just a minor irritation, but one that should be addressed nonetheless.

Sajnos a személyzet pár tagja tönkre tudta tenni a többiek egyébként nagyon kedves és figyelmes munkáját. Az étteremben sajnos a vezetőnek fogalma sem volt a feltüntett és általuk árult bor fajtájáról, mennyiségéről stb és láthatóan ez nem is zavarta (akkor inkább semmilyen alkoholt ne áruljanak. Elutazásunkor a taxi foglalást kivételesen a szállodára bíztuk, előtte magunk intéztük. Senki se tegye!! A szálloda olyan taxist küldött, aki az előre a szálloda által mondott díjnál a kiszálláskor 20 százalékkal többet kért ezzel a búcsut megkeserítve! Egy ötcsillagos szállodától elvárható, hogyha taxit hív az általa ellenőrzött legyen. Az éttermek is sajnos messze elmaradnak egy európai hasonló minőségtől, ugyanakkor nem rossz minőség és a hygénia szabályok teljes egészében betartott volt.

Everything was good. Good location. Good vibes. Nice pool. Nice staff. Breakfast is perfect, dinner too. Hotel is clean.
