Very comfortable
Not enough information given at reception.
Close to train station, excellent vale for money
Aircon was too weak on hot evening
They had good facilities and the staff was friendly
The room was not clean, the carpet was dirty
Air con.
Breakfast, there were too many people for the food set out, so they ran out and people had to wait.
Located centrally and rooms are comfortable and of decent size.
The breakfast is below par and a let down, there was this particular lady who was extremely rude and unprofessional and she simply kept saying No, and would forget things. We went there for breakfast at 9:20 and the breakfast closes by 9:45, and all of the breakfast items were empty - No scrambled eggs, no baked beans, no bread, no orange juice, no yogurt and a broken coffee machine - when asked the lady for top-up, she told she is getting it and almost about 9:40 when asked again, she says breakfast closes in 5 mins, we can't bring you more. She was mean, disrespectful and most unprofessional staff I have ever come across staying at Holiday Inn group of hotels. I would recommend getting your breakfast outside for your peace of mind. Such employees break the happy customers who otherwise woukd go back!
Note: the lady at the reception had to face the brunt of my unhappiness, she was apologetic but she couldn't do anything about the situation!
Always good
Everything was great
Modernness and breakfast
Cleanliness
Small room, unsafe location, nothing in the room except basic items.
Sofa bed was horrible
We have stayed in multiple hotels of Holiday Inn across many countries. This was the worst one
Room and breakfast was great. Easy to get to town centre.
Having to pay extra for parking
Cheap and clean
Booked a family room. The bad was too small for my kids. Only one tea bag in a family room isn't enough
